10I ordered 2 hot pumpkin spice lattes. One was given to me with a mocha frappe as soon as I got to the window, the 2nd latte was given to me a few minutes later. I don't know if they had to make more and that's why I waited, but the first frappe was only 2/3 full.
These lovely humans make my drink almost every day and I have nothing but great things to say about this location…but to the STORE MANAGER behind the bar watching their employees while they’re in the weeds boggles my mind. I didn’t see this manager do a single thing to help out while their employees were struggling. Give all of these baristas and supervisors a damn raise, because the work they put into their craft is above and beyond. Thank you Coram baristas and supervisors for putting so much love into my drink every morning. You all are beautiful people!
Just the closest Starbucks to where I live. I wish it could open for slightly longer hours (compared to other Starbucks) sometimes.
Literally the only physical customer in the store & couldn’t get my $6 coffee I guess only drive thru & mobile orders matter at this store
I waited online for over 15 minutes for them to tell me they are closed, they close location over an hour early at times when I come to get coffee unprofessional bad business

After tonite I will never go back after coming here 3-4 days/week for years.
Whenever I see a barista I don’t recognize I always get nervous. She made me a Frappuccino that tasted like sugar slush. I went in and asked for the same drink made correctly. She made it the same way as the first. Incorrectly! I walked back in and left the Frappuccino and said I give up. Someone offered to make a third one but I think twice bitten 3x shy.
So I’m home with $9 less in my pocket ($2 was a tip) and I have no drink.
I do wanna thank all the staff that has taken such good care of me and my dog over the years. But if a barista makes a drink wrong, how do u allow the same barista to remake the drink the same exact way. It’s just too much $$ to spend on a drink and get home empty handed. I hope these remarks will open some eyes to over site. If not, not my problem, I’m not going there anymore!
Probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. They always get the order right and are very nice!
One of the better Starbucks around however can you please tell your employee at the drive thru window not to put their finger on the mouth part of the lid?
