Starbucks, Mineola NY

The drive thru is great. Very friendly service. Coffee is yum! The brown sugar oatmilk espresso cold brew is amazing.

I love this location! The staff is friendly and always on point. With all the Starbucks' in the surrounding areas, this one is definitely my favorite! I go out of my way to stop by here.

I love Starbucks coffee and food. The drive through sometimes takes more than 20 minutes. Very limited parking space. It’s in the corner of Willis Ave and Jericho Turnpike, unsafe location.
You pay a lot for unpredictable tastes, the coffee is different each time. It all depends on who is making your drink.
Staff seems hating what they are doing. Even if there are no costumers in the drive through, staff manage to keep you waiting. But most importantly, I learned to sip from my coffee before I leave the place and ask the staff to fix it if I am not satisfied.

Well I'm going to say is I go through those doors I feel like I'm going home love the place

My drinks are consistently great compared to other locations nearby. Good job guys I appreciate you!

I ordered a glass of iced shaken espresso and when I told her there was too much milk, she retorted that I only put a little bit of milk and the rest was ice, "everything else is ice", come on, its main ingredient is espresso Coffee, not ice

The food is delicious. A little expensive but it taste great!
(I would recommend going to Starbucks in moderation)

The customer service is good. The employees are friendly and they are quick with your order.

The environment around it is good. It is a little noisy with the music and sometimes people talking but it's good.

I didn’t understand why I was not able to obtain a receipt. What establishment does not provide receipts? Especially being huge chain as Starbucks is.

Closed an hour early? We were told only after 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru that this was the case.

The staff is the NICEST & FUNNIEST STAFF I’ve ever experienced in ANY Starbucks I’ve been to throughout the years.

Amazing staff and our coffees are always perfect! The only thing that could be better is if they just put the straws out to grab on the counter. It kinda ruins the whole point of a grab and go when you have to get someone's attention to ask for a straw.

Great Staff, they put alot of energy into making sure your order is correct! Due to demand, at times, there is a wait. Parking is "Challenging "!

The quality of the beverages are up to the Starbucks standard. The drive through service is working in slow motion. How long can it take to pour coffee in a paper cup?

My friend and I ordered an iced chai tea latte and an iced flat white. The chai tea latte was straight milk. The same for the iced flat white. Additionally, the iced flat white tasted burnt as if they used the same espresso beans from 7AM. Poor quality drinks and definitely not worth the money.
