Both of my drink orders were completely wrong. Never had that happen at a Starbucks. Wasn’t even a busy time of the day

Their mobile pickup station is in the corner where customers cannot reach or see the names. When you ask the baristas to check, more often than not, they say the order is not ready, without even looking. (I ask only when it is well past the estimated pickup time.) I know they are very busy, and it feels bad bothering them. But to find your drink has been sitting up there all that time, getting colder, is a bad experience.

I have come here everyday for two years! Staff is so nice and the service is always amazing, especially considering the amount the teenagers always about.

Google says they should be open at 5: 30AM on Saturday, it’s 5: 41 now and they’re closed.

I love the prices, the hot chocolate, and the sweet treats. The vibe is always casual and relaxed. The workers are always very friendly and professional.

I have come to this starbucks for 2 years straight now. It is small and sometimes can become too full for its own good however everybody tries really hard. The staff is really friendly especially Adriana who always greets you.

Past few times. Hot coffee was warm at best with no option to heat the coffee. The alternative given was dumping coffee and filling with more of the same lukewarm coffee. Server is friendly but clumsy and rushing even on a slow day. Each time knocking their hand and spilling coffee and given a wet coffee. Also put off by server palming the lid when putting on the lid. Otherwise location is nice and benches are comfortable. Breakfast sandwiches were out by early evening unfortunately.

The male cashier on the Saturday evening shift (6/24) said they were no longer making Frappuccino’s because the machines were getting washed for closing meanwhile it was like a bit over a half an hour left until closing. But what was actually worse was when they told everyone at the Starbucks that they were closing a handful of times in pushy way so that they can close early. Then afterwards, there were about 10-15 min left until closing and the male cashier employee actually loudly said please leave the store now and did a countdown (and actually counted down the seconds like were little kids.) to the people left at the Starbucks which was three people including myself, my friend and a lady who was working from their laptop, which in my opinion was very rude. I was overall very disappointed with the terrible customer service and the lack of professionalism at a known establishment so I definitely won’t be coming back again but thought this should be brought to the managers attention given that this is a busy area and it a university neighborhood and its pretty evident that this happens very often.

Bathroom is perennially closed. Music is too loud. And I'm not a big fan of Starbucks coffee.

I ordered an iced matcha latte with specifics to be added on and the barista made my drink completely wrong, no matcha flavor; all oat milk. It seemed like she ran out of matcha for the first drink but didn’t go and bring out more to refill the matcha powder container until I asked her to remake my drink, kindly. Instructions were given on the drink very clearly, “less ice”. She puts the whole cup filled with ice in the process of making it and I informed the other barista to let her know to make it with less ice. She threw a little fit by slamming the cup and spoon/mixer before continuing to make my drink.

Normally I wouldn’t complain or make a review as such but the attitude wasn’t necessary. When she gave me my drink, it was also standoffish and not customer service worthy.

I needed to stop in quickly to get coffee. Staff was friendly & able to quickly fill my order. Thank you for being so efficient! I got my coffee & made it on time to my job!

All I want is what I paid for! Nothing more or less. Send this store for training! Pls!

Figure I’d give them a second shot! The Starbuck name is being dragged down with this franchise! Pls close this location or get a better mgt team and workers. Selling my SB stock

Got my drink wrong twice and didn't even apologise. Forgot to even print the ticket to make my drinks so was waiting 15-20 mins just for 2 coffees

How we put a mobile order in and they closed way earlier then they had said and when you call no one answers.

We had to wait 25 minutes for an order that the workers messed up.i had ordered a iced drink and it was hot.instead of making a new one they dumped the hot drink into a few ice cubes leaving it warm completely.never going back to this location.workers were rude as well and had people waiting for well over 20 minutes for a singular drink.the starbucks wasn’t even busy so there was no excuse on why the service was so bad.disgrace.

OMG I can't even sit down and enjoy a coffee w/o all these students not purchasing anything and taking up all the seats. TOTALLY NOT FARE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS.the workers don't anything about it. STARBUCKS SUCKS

11/8: The bathroom was cleaned up for about a week but went right back to being disgusting. New photos added. Feces smeared along the floor. A mystery white liquid that may be a body fluid. The mirror is streaked with stains and the bowl is horrendous. They need to re-tile and replace the floor and paint to really fix the smell. I wish they'd go back to using a customer access code as they get a lot of homeless who use it regularly. Old: After a brief run of cleanliness the bathroom is back to a disgusting state. Bad smell, trash and used rubber gloves all over. Never any toilet paper. Mirror was filthy. Really gross. The staff is nice but the bathroom is unacceptable. No way it's cleaned hourly. Simply not possible. See photo attached.
