14The morning manager is terrible. I asked her to remake my drink because they left out the coffee. Wait 20 minutes, I get it back and it’s the same but with extra caramel… if I wanted a caramel shake I’d just go to shake shack.
Below was my previous review. I've since then had expected wait times. I guess they've ironed out the bugs, or maybe new management. So I recant that review, and gave them 4 stars!
It's a very nice Starbucks with average wait times, plan accordingly.

Still the slowest Starbucks south of the Brooklyn Bridge. The new location is nice, roomy, with faux-leather padded bars to lean on while you endure a long wait. If you can, mobile order about 20-25 minutes ahead. Or if you can walk down to the other Starbucks on Wall & Front St, it's only a 2-5 minute wait there.
Theresa at the location is very disrespectful. She messed up my order on the first day was confused about how the register operated and was very disrespectful. Now every time my mother and i go inside she walks off the register doesn’t make our order and has a attitude. Bad for business is this how Starbucks operates? I’ve been to many in the downtown area her attitude wouldn’t be accepted at Mc Donald’s send her to Dunkin
Ridiculously understaffed, waited 20 minutes for a hot coffee with about 15 people in the store.
Worst Starbucks, I have been ordered from this location twice and it was horrible. The first time, I waited over 20 minutes for my drink and it was not even filled to the top. The second time I ordered off DoorDash and my two bacon Gouda sandwiches were completely frozen and my drink was half empty because no one put tape on the lid of the cup top so it was all spilled.
Good sized Starbucks on Water Street. However despite being very spacious, there are not that many tables to sit in. Seemed very popular with dog owners. Service was prompt and good choice of drinks.
Spacious location with room for my dog and me to comfortably wait for our orders. Puppuccino is always a treat. The iced espresso was served right as requested ie only one pump of syrup so it’s not saccharine.
Half hour for a 10 dollar coffee.
Prices can stay please up your staff.
Can't have one or two people making coffee and drinks for 20 customers

Ordered an iced latte but got iced mocha instead. The worker insisted that it is iced chocolate. The inaccuracy is unfortunate.
Worst location to order! The lines is out the door, it’s unorganized and the workers are so rude!

Because I ordered a water for free and I told him I wanted it to be ice cold and when I got it it didn't have ice in. It was just water so they had to do it again so I would never go back to that one to get anything from that one ever again
Very friendly service but the ac is so loud it’s unbearable to stay there. I feel sorry for the staff to be exposed to that noise all day.
Person preparing food used the same tongs to prepare the food as he did to push down the garbage - serious health concern
