Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
19Service is a piece of ****. Waited 20minutes for a stupid frapachuno and needed to catch a Subway at 12: 30. Asked what was the progress at 12: 25 and said they they had'nt started. Teribble waiting time and didn't even get refund. Here I am at Penn station starving. Very disappointed.
Waiting more than 20 min for a tall americano, with no line at the cashier. At the end I left without my coffe because I had a doctor appointment. Also one lady was lazy to call names. This place is a disaster.
This is the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been in (and I’m from Seattle). Thank you to each and every employee for being patient and kind to each customer that walks in the door. I appreciate you!
For me coffee is horrible. I must be one of the few because they are everywhere and there are always people.
The worst Starbucks ever; apart from a very friendly young girl, the other waiters are horrible, unpleasant, one of them who we asked for sugar almost threw it in our faces; to flee
Great team at this location. Appreciate you being open on Xmas day. And full of joy. Happy New Year.
Super pleasant staff, great location that is walking distance to Williamsburg bridge. This Starbucks also has a restroom which is super important given the present dearth of restrooms in the city.
The first Starbucks i tasted in US soil. 5 stars alone for that. Pretty cool place, went there early in the morning and the staff was super polite, chill and patient with my difficulty to order something other then an espresso. Will never forget it!
Never any complaints when I go here. From the barista that takes my order to whoever makes my breakfast and drink always nice and polite.
Suave is a real SUPERSTAR! I am in between two Starbucks and I will always make the further trip to see her. She is always working hard but makes time to make the experience all the more fun on my Starbucks runs. Suave is an excellent leader to her peers and should be considered for a managerial position.
Around 7: 40 am I entered this store. I greeted the cashier with smile and I said good morning. I started saying I want one Expresso shot, with half&half milk, I want my drink be full, Grande. The cashier stated"You want Latte" I said I didnt say Latte. He said I'm telling you what I want I told him don't tell me what I want and he said "you are Rude". I said ok. Let's start over. I said i want one Espresso shot, with half and half Milk and I want drink be full and Grande and Iced. The cashier intrupt me and he said you didn't say iCED, I said you didn't let me finish my order. I asked for his name and head quarter of Starbucks and his supervisor. He said his name is on his employee Tag. I said I request to write it down. And he laughed and started getting the next customer order. I stayed calm with so much anger inside. He refused give me his manager number and number. Cashier stated I'm the supervisor her and my manager isn't here. I stayed you will not give me his name? And he laughed and started getting the other customer order.cashier name is Don Julio. This is how Starbucks treat their customers.
I have recording and pictures.
I am leaving this Starbucks right now and I get my drink somewhere else who treat me respectful. I will carry my two injured legs to another coffeeshop today.
Barista by the name Suave gave me amazing customer service in this hot weather! Will be coming back.
Very nice and friendly staff. The coffee is as as good as it always is. And since Im a tourist I also love the wifi hotspot.
I only come here. I like Starbucks but also like to try new local coffee places. But this one is right by my office so they see me a lot here.
I’ve been here a couple times, it’s horrible the service from two baristas, super rude if you have any question.
It's been a while since i came to this specific Starbucks because of the service before, since working on the area ive gave up and tried it a couple times sadly the service is always a disappointment, mosr of the employees are rude and don't hide the fact they are talking about you. If you dont want to cater to customers customizing their order dont work at Starbucks.
So this location is some what understaffed. As a result of high demand for coffee it takes a while to get that cup of joe
Baristas are not created equal here. I order dirty chai here regularly and it usually taste fine but today it did not. I did not taste the sweet and spiciness from the chai syrup. It was really bland. I think the barista that made it put too much milk. I also ordered a mocha latte one time and it did not taste as good as I remembered. There was a lack of chocolate taste and too much milk, again.
They used to close way earlier. I had to make sure I put in my mobile order 30 minutes before they close otherwise the Starbucks app won't let you order from this location. If you're unable to place a mobile order and walk in 30 minutes or cutting too close before they close, the employee at the register does give you an attitude. If you wanted something to eat, such as, a sandwich or sweets, they may tell you there's nothing left because that's when they start cleaning their oven/throwing away food.
The staff didn't add extra sauce and cold foam to my order and just gave me a plain one. I asked them to make the correct one for me. Their faces were like my ask was ridiculous. Finally, a sir finished my order and he told me I couldn't order like this again because my coffee was hot and the cold foam was cold. They had different temperatures
