Starbucks, New York NY

It's not the best Starbucks location to go. There's only three tables for seating and no power outlets at all. I hate that the tables are right in front of the door, and it gets cold when the door opens.

Shameful.they charge you 5 euros for the cheapest coffee and then they were not able to give me water to clean a stain that i had made with the coffee.one less customer for starbucks.

Friendly staff, but this location is quite dark because of all the dark wood combined with very few windows and a small floor space.great oat milk latte.

Ya gotta give them thumbs up for their service and ability to serve you one of the better coffees, especially espresso if you like it a bit bitter. Food is a secondary offering, but they try. Their pumpkin muffins and loaf bread are good Not a big fan of fast food but if you're in a pinch, they are a good bet. And if ya a regular, buy yourself a refillable cup, and you get a discount and, my favorite, extra points

Was refused a refill on an iced tea because the two female baristas are incompetent and can’t read. They should be retrained before stepping behind the counter, I feel sorry for the ginger kid who has to deal with their garbage.

Really nice looking Starbucks. Quick service. Different drink options compared to the uk which was good.

Took 25 minutes to make 2 simple drinks. Angelica in particular was working in slow motion. After waiting 25 minutes, they gave me the wrong drink. Absolute joke considering how fast they were to ask for a tip but slow to do their jobs. Pathetic.

Really enjoyed the vibe here - very chill spot with a small elevator making it very accessible. The folks here were very friendly, the ambience was nice and quaint - ties in well with the neighborhood it is in. Limited seating space inside so I'd just be mindful of that. Very chill spot other than that.

I used a delivery app, to have my meal and drinks delivered and was disappointed with my order, I ordered a VENTI size ICED coffee drink & received a grande size with half the cup of the ICED coffee and the other FULL of whip cream, I thought it was just a mistake or isolated incident, however it has happen serval times. The drink was good and was delivered well, however not the size I ordered, over the top with whip cream and seems as the extra expresso I ordered was missed as well. Need less to say, I do not order delivery any more.

One of the staff members were not nice and condescending. Got my order partially wrong and also told me I couldn't redeem 25 stars for a customization.

The staff was absolutely fabulous and very patient. We were visiting in a large group and they help us with all our needs.

It does not have a bathroom even for clients. They could put in place a system to access with a ticket or ask for a key at the box. To use the bathroom and wash your hands you have to go to a nearby supermarket.it doesn't seem normal to me.

Coffee was ok here and I staff are ok with the way they server the customers.

And the way they take the order is too slow sometimes

It was fast and it's near a sitting area for us walkers to relax with a nice cup of Starbucks.

Mediocre minos coffee. My coffee was overheated without good texture.

The ambiance is okay. Am okay stop on the way if you're in a hurry.

The coffee is never hot and they add too much cream (even when you order only a splash). Every time!

Coffee and service were fine. Store has no public restrooms, no outlets, and was frigid. I could see my breath inside. Best if you mobile order at this location, cause sitting in is unpleasant.
