Usually all are friendly, but there is one who seems to never be in a pleasant mood and is not very nice. But, it takes all kinds

Was waiting for 15 minutes and they forgot about my drink. I left because i was short timed and couldn’t be there for long.

Marcus was awesome. I made a mistake with my order and he helped me and fixed it right in the drive-through. Awesome service.

This has to be the most depressing Starbucks I've ever set foot in. I know it's not a glamorous job but it's what you make of it. I made $5.00 an hour in fast food in the 80s. I gave that job my all. The employees here make the walking dead look alive!

Go here everyday to get my favorite foods and drinks the food is always fresh and my drink is always on point to how I ask for it to be made great place

Honestly, Im a bit irritated with this store. Why ask and apply to a job just to act nasty towards customers… Why do I deserve an attitude for ordering something they dont have in stock? Unprofessional. No need to feel entitled to tips when you don’t deserve them. Hard to order here they never have anything to order. Before starting my career I used to work in the fast food industry, the characters that walk around these days are just a disappointment.

Staff was great, didn't have dark roast, too expensive.it's turned into a treat yourself place to stop, with so many other options not far away

Staff got nasty with me because they were annoyed that I wanted a sprinkle of cinnamon on my drink and they gave me this. There was so much cinnamon on it that it wasn’t even drinkable. Like haha very funny I guess they got their revenge.

The only Starbucks i go to. Very consistent and fast. Friendly service all around. My drink is very rarely if EVER wrong they're very efficient!

Someone always tries to speak when you walk in! That’s a nice touch for such a busy place.

This is the Best Starbucks ever considered to other states. I'm a state to state girl. I travel a lot. The assistant manager remembered I how take my coffee. I haven't been there in a month, that kind of detail speaks volumes regarding customer service.

The worst drive through service there 7 people in yhe store the person in the drive through is sipping on coffee the other people are walking around doing nothing that why i dont order anyrjong from there my son does i thi k they are over rated and tastesnasty

Went to drive thru to get a drink. Was out of all milk besides non-fat or plant based. This is the second time this has happened this week. They were also out of multiple syrups for multiple drinks…. Only Starbucks I have this issue with… they need to keep better inventory.

Ordered an iced sugar cookie latte through the drive thru and got an iced plain latte with a sticker that clearly says 6 pumps of sugar cookie syrup. Went inside to ask for the correct drink and was not acknowledged at all for a couple of minutes. Finally acknowledged me, I told them my drink had no flavor in it, barista asked for my sticker and just walked away. Felt very unwelcome and like I was in the wrong for wanting the correct drink. This was all after the very cold barista in the drive thru handed me only 1 of my drinks and acted as if I didn’t have anymore until I said I have another drink. Step up your customer service.

It’s Sunday at 10: 30. They have five people but three are like step and fetchit. Terrible. Almost feel sorry for them. Step it up team.
