Terrible customer service I was waiting for over half an hour and had to go up twice to ask if my drink was being made.crazy thing is the place wasn't even busy.the workers were just talking to each other the entire time

Horrible service long lines orders take very long no body at the register when needed customer service is horrible, employees just stair and ignore you while waiting in line or for your order.

The girl with red hair, she’s awesome. Love how she already have my drink done once I get there.

At the Starbucks in the Amtrak waiting area store the employee TJ was nasty and rude when I try to order because she was in her cell phone Chequia videos and chatting.
I will not go back to this store

There are two ways buying coffee inside and outside, people buying tickets and waiting inside in sitting area get some coffee, but Starbucks workers send people outside, what kind of service it is?

This is truly a disgrace of service and shows a dire need for AI replacement of unskilled labor. There is no sense in paying this level of incompetence $15/hr for something a monkey could do better!

The staff are very poorly trained and don't know how to make the beverages properly and they are extremely rude. This is clearly a failure of management as most of them are young. I have had so many poor experiences that I wouldn't know were to start. At one time I ordered my drink on the app and arrived at the counter to find one other lady waiting. The 2 baristas had there backs turned to us and were deep in conversation then after several minutes of this I asked the lady next to me if their machine was broken etc she indicated no so I asked the barista what was going on and I was given a death stare and she began to prepare my drink whilst slamming things down because I had the nerve to interrupt her socializing whilst she was supposed to be working

I love Starbucks but unfortunately today staff is very disrespectful I had to get a refund mind you I spend about 160 every week in Starbucks

The worst service I have ever had here. A fateful experience. The worst thing I have experienced in this third place

They’re so sweet and say hello when you walk in the door and greet you with your name when you pick up a drink. They’re super fast too. This will deff be my new Starbucks spot on my way to work!

So slow. I missed my train after waiting over 10 mins for my order. And it wasn’t even busy. They move so slow and could care less about peoples time being water in a train station!

I looked up this Starbucks on maps after my order was never made after 15 min and not to my surprise, it’s 2.9 stars. This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I placed my mobile order at 1: 59pm on 6/17/2023 and ended up missing my NJ train because of the slow, inattentive service. Half the staff was having conversations with themselves and not taking care of orders. I almost felt stupid just standing there because everyone else got their order and I was the only one left waiting. Time was ticking and I was anxious that I would miss my train. Well, I ended up missing it. The staff does not have any regard for customers time and money. Starbucks needs to seriously look into the staff at this location:)

Team is a bit ratchet, rude, and worst tasting Starbucks I ever had. This is in reference to the morning weekend crew.

Management should pay attention to this because I am addicted to starbucks and I take the train weekly.

I will never get starbucks while waiting for the train here at penn station I will go to any other cafe before this one.

Absolutely garbage staff, at-least on the weekend, early mornings.

Don't work mornings if you don't like people in the morning.

It really seems like a lot of the reviews for this specific location are mistargeted. This is not the location in Penn at Amtrak or LIRR sides, this is the 7th avenue and 32nd street location, next to Jack's and Red Wing Shoes.

That being said, anytime I order here it's usually over the app, but the few times I do order in person, I get the same quality of service I expect at any other Starbucks. Drinks are prepared fast and ready, usually pretty good. Also really like how they incorporated artwork inspired by the rail stations it's surrounded by.

Whoever the girl is yall had working the food on the other side either needs some customer service training or needs to be fired. She's a young black girl with the permanent scowl on her face. Everytime I come to this location I witness her being extremely rude to customers and today she was rude to me. First of all there were at least 5 people there and they barely checked the mobile orders. But this particular barista walked by the mobile orders each time so when I ask her can I get my drink with my name, she completely ignores me and basically runs back to the food oven instead of taking 2 seconds to hand me my drink. I also witness her be nasty to a customer on the side waiting to order not knowing that that side was closed. Another girl who was actually busy ended up getting it for me. Listen ai know starbucks Is a stressful pace to work at but trust me.my job is alot harder than theirs and I don't treat people like that. Seems like the only time this place runs well and people are happy is when Boogie is working. Where is he? Boogie knows customer service. Have him teach cruelly all about it.
