18My favorite location. Amy, Sydney and a few others are so kind and thoughtful, always go the extra mile.
If you have 30 minutes to waste, go ahead and sit in the drive-thru. No sense of urgency. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I understand things happen sometimes but this is a regular pattern. Do better. People don’t have all day to dedicate sitting in line!
I mean it's a Starbucks. Nothing more nothing less. Took longer then other Starbucks to get the drink even though it was not busy.
My drink was incorrect, but instead of going through the hassle to get a new one (because they were busy) I asked the barista to add extra oatmilk. She was fully annoyed, said wait a minute and then came back and dumped it in my drink and handed it to me all wet. I wouldn’t say customer service is her strong point.
Stop asking me to tip, just take my card, press no tip and give me my drink. I’m already paying an arm and a leg what more do you want from me?
Extremely poor food. Definite attitude from staff, almost to point that you feel as if you are an inconvenience to them to wait on you.

It's your typical Starbucks, nothing special. They need to do something different about the drive thru lane.
Use to like this location but every time I go now they always get my order wrong. I constantly hear other customers complaining their order is wrong as well.most of the staff is rude. There was this one girl who was very friendly and polite and kept apologizing for everyone's screw ups. I felt kind of bad for her seeing the customers we mad and her and it was not her fault. The staff needs more training
Took 40 minutes to get 2 drinks that were ordered ahead. This is the norm for them. Worst Starbucks ever.

I went twice in the same days and it was so slowly, a group of child's of 6 years they will do it faster.
Clean and nice inside, many sitting areas. Super cozy! Really like the vibe! I got a hot mocha coffee!
The coffee is always good in Starbucks, only thing it was warm and not that hot the coffee but still good. Dine in room is clean.
The staff is always friendly at the drive-thru. Im sure they are in the inside too. I've yet to go inside. If they are out of something they try and recommend something similar. I've never had a bad experience with them.
Good Starbuck. Order ahead and I have never had to wait for my order. Parking lot can be a hassle
For two successive days, my order was only a teeny tiny cup of hot espresso, and they keep me waiting for over 20 minutes and then after I ask again, somebody came out and told me I'm sorry your order went to another place! And hands out what's supposed to be hot as cold espresso! It's the only one close by where I walk on foot to get there. Do I have to burn a gallon of gas to drink coffee?
