15People here can never make the drink right. Even after you ask them to correct it. They're very understaffed here. Come early in the morning there's one person doing everything. Just got egg sandwich and that's cold too. I think they're hiring managers cuz they obviously need one. I only come here once a week each time is a disappointment. Paying a lot of money for coffee that should be done right. Don't come to this Starbucks, You're going to end up going to work mad and taking it out of your coworkers. Trust me
Tyler, the “shift supervisor” should not be a shift supervisor at all. The unprofessionalism on the microphone when taking a drive through order was honestly unnecessary and insane. Before we placed our order she did an “fyi” stating that she “will not be making any fraps, etc.etc.etc. All I wanted was a tea because I’m not feeling well. When I asked for a medium honey citrus mint tea she responded “I can’t give you the tea bag bro”. Firstly, I asked for a CUP of tea not a tea bag. Secondly, using “bro” is beyond unprofessional. I’m not your bro. McDonald’s workers do better than this. Tyler, this may not be the field for you.

Walked in and store seemed totally unorganized. Customers were walking out and the counter person cautioned me that it is a long wait for in house order. First time ever it has happened in a Starbucks. Last week it was a longer wait than usual. I will avoid this Starbucks store
I have debated writing this thinking no this is extra and too much, but today I’m over it. Over the past couple years there has been so many issues with this location. The excessive wait times, no care in making the drinks and often getting the drink orders wrong. Today I went in and ordered a grande brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with no cinnamon. After waiting for 15 minutes with one person that ordered before me, the drink comes out with a quarter of it missing and cinnamon on it. I thought it was so funny when the worker asked me my name so they can make my drink faster since I was waiting in Café, and it still took eight minutes after that for them to make it. I was baffled when they gave me the drink, I literally thought it was a joke. Like $6.50 for that is such a joke. The best part was I couldn’t even wait to have them fix the drink because I was running late to my job. I’m sorry but who gives a customer a drink like that. I used to work at Starbucks so I’m not stupid with this stuff. I am never coming to this location ever again.
Honestly just all round a terrible location. Between the slow and rude customer service to the disgusting dirty environment of the lobby it's not worth going to. Find a different Starbucks or go to dunkin.
Garbage full, the staff at this place does not look professional, it seems like they just got out of bed, there is rust on one of the trays where they place the coffee to come out, coffee stains scattered on the counter and the floor.a dirty store with poor service, they took more than 20 minutes to prepare my coffee and they prepared it wrong, she made it again and she just made with bad actitud and wrong again. Who is the owner and manager of this place? They don't control the quality of this place?
0/0 service coming from a former Starbucks employee, Barista’s did not acknowledge my presence until after a few mins, after someone else came in he made their drink first and while I stood there patiently for mines he set it down instead of handing it to me
Terrible service, young staff laughing carrying on.long line, 23 minutes. Got 2 orders, both wrong, no apology. Seem bothered because we pointed out their mistake. We went there on a Thursday a little after 5, and the carrying about their personal matters was so loud. I had my 2 small kinds with me. It was just inappropriate conversation.
I don't know if they had a manager or not that day. I hope this helps in fixing the problem.
Place an order for three coffees ask for milk and sugar. They didn’t give it to me and then I asked again that my order was wrong and she said no I am busy. The tables were dirty. Customer service is really really bad been a customer for a year and they keep getting worse. They do not follow directions they do not comprehend when you speak to them. I had to throw my coffee out who is going to drink something you don’t want. This will be my last time. I am done with this place.
Great customer service workers are always nice and smiling and drinks are made well and food is always hot
October 7,2023,7 am, Drive thru - I ask if they have any gluten free item, the counter guy said " I don't know". Instead of saying, I will find out. And the coffee was not even hot at all. I'm not going back at this location. To the management, I suggest to retrain your staff.
The staff are too loud it's kinda hard to concentrate on what u'r doing but other than that the place is just like every other Starbucks
I've gone to this Starbucks 4 times. Every time I've gone I've waited 30-45 mins. This is regardless of if you order in advance on the app or in person and regardless of the time of day that you go. I've never not seen a crowd of people waiting here or walking out. I've never been to a location that's like this before. PLEASE STAFF THIS LOCATION BETTER TO SUPPORT YOUR EMPLOYEES, STARBUCKS

Starbucks—HIRE MORE PEOPLE. WHY IS AN ESPRESSO MACHINE ALWAYS NOT BEING USED? Every time I come in, the employees are busy but the equipment is unused. Do better Starbucks.
