Starling Diagnostics, Bronx NY

I called July 11th to confirm a appointment because they hadn't called me to confirm come to find out it had to be cancel because the doctor wasn't going to be there the person who pick up the phone was rude and unprofessional I ask if they would call me to reschedule the person told me yes but so far they haven't called me very unprofessional very disappointed

Not so attentive I showed up and they were like Talking on the phone and Like didn’t even pay attention until another person showed up and somehow I became the 2nd person in line despite being the first person there ….

First time here & so far very impressed with the services and the facility. Very clean place & the staffs were very friendly. Highly recommends this One stop place where you can find all the needs for your primary care!

Yesenia, the front desk representative is amazing! My CD could not be read for some reason by Lenox Hill Radiology. She went out of her way to go to nearest Lenox hill branch and bring the images in person for them to be uploaded. Very friendly and helpful. She deserves the raise as she truly cares for the patients. Thanks, Anna

Love the place is so clean and the staff is amazing. My favorite thing about Starling Diagnostics is how welcoming the staff is and the commodity of different specialties, combined with diagnostic test center.

Starling diagnostics were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr.hossain and his assistance her name is rima - she help me to make appointment for nephrology and neurology for my parents they was really nice with me and my parents dr took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I usually never give review any other place but this place was awesome I had a great visit and the doctor's has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Super friendly staff, they are very polite professional and really try hard to get you seen quickly by a doctor.

The facility is very nice. Everything is on-site and done very quickly. The staff and primary doctor are amazing. I felt heard and understood.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Dr. Hossain is a great doctor. The X-ray tech Michael makes me feel safe, comfortable and is very nice to conversate with.

Amazing medical place. Few days ago i almost had to take my mother to the hospital but a employee name Toslima helped me right away with the medication that needed authorization i called few times they kept telling me they will call bck but toslima took responsibility and got it done. Definently recomend this place.and this pace needs more employees like toslima.

They are all lovely people. Place is clean and they make sure to check up on you and ask if you need anything.

I would recommend this facility to all of does who are looking for professional help, Respect is the word for those who work there and take the time to answer any and all questions you may have!
I wish I could have found this place sooner.

The whole clinic is very nice with a lot of courtesy with the patients. They get you in and out of their clinic and work efficiency with the patients. They will go a foot beyond to make you feel like you are part of the family at their clinic. They make sure that you are alright after a procedure. I feel satisfied with their professionalism and support. An overall experience is like a 10+.
