Had a 3: 05 appointment for a rapid test/pcr Covid test and wasn’t even acknowledged until after 4: 00 because they passed over my name. Just kept being told to sit and wait. Didn’t finish until about 5. Partial impatience on my part but total incompetency by the front desk.

Bunch of irresponsible and incompetent people. Don't know nothing no stock, no doctors, no shame. Avoid this place for immigration physical. Prices exorbitant and pathetic service

Don’t wast your time getting tested here. You will never get pcr results and patient portal rarely works

I was pleased to have the rapid test and pcr performed within 2 hours. With an appointment. I know right now there is a long wait. But I am very disappointment that 48 hrs later and there is no pcr result. I try to call. The prompt 1 to get a call back doesn’t work. It hangs up and then after waiting almost an hour my call was dropped when I tried again. I called again twice and it goes to voice mail. No call back. I’m also trying to cancel the televisit appts and there have been no acknowledgement.

Horrible is not even close to what goes on in this place! I wish I could give 0 stars. After 3 hours WITH an appointment I was still not seen and told I had to wait my turn. After watching and complaining that people behind me were getting their turn the staff became nasty at ME! I know they are understaffed, but stop taking walkins before the people with appointments.

Irene and Alyssa are the best! So sweet and both did everything they can to accommodate me and make things a little bit more speedy! Super appreciative.

Do not make a COVID test appointment here…appointment or not you will be waiting outside for over three hours to be seen, surrounded by a crowd of others also waiting to get tested. The sign in process is out of hand and no one knew what line to be on and where and when to sign in. A patient that had been there for 3 hrs was running the sign in clipboard at one point because everyone tried going inside like a mob. Something needs to be done about their appointment maker and general organization. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and signing up and getting an appointment and being seen by a different urgent care around the block-that was much quicker and much more organized.

Worst service ever! Still haven’t received my Covid-19 results! Needed it for travel! Second time around! Never again!

DO NOT COME HERE. They are so so shady, unprofessional, and don’t really care about you.

Couple of different scenarios:
I had my appointment for 2pm, they texted me at 1: 45 confirming it for 2pm and I did. I show up, and they tell me (very rudely), that the doctor went to lunch and come back at 3.
I come back to tell them that I got an appointment somewhere else and I am not coming back, and I see a line of sick patients and all the receptionists laughing like hyenas and eating pizza while there’s this one poor man standing there asking if he can have a pen. Could they not stagger their lunch? Sounds like common sense to me. I had to raise my voice to ask for a pen for him and then I left.
Also when I made my appointment, they didn’t specify what booster I’d be getting. So I called to ask and they said they’d call me back to tell me and instead they texted me (let me specify that they did not confirm whether this was a landline or mobile) the link to make an appointment. Very far from what I had actually called for. And when I texted them back specifying why I reached out, they ignored it.
Very few interactions, all horrible. Go somewhere more professional and do not trust your health in their hands.

Had an appointment this morning for Covid test at 8am with about 15 other people. It’s now 8: 12 and no one has shown up to let us in. They wonder why they get backed up? Here’s the reason!

False advertising on website. I took my PCR on Saturday for travel. It came back Thursday when I returned from my trip. Lol! Quick thinking made me go to another site for real same day and next day results. Waste of time.

I came here for Covid testing- rapid and PCR. I called before hand to make an appointment. The main company operator I spoke to for scheduling did not schedule my appointment, yet the office was willing to accommodate. The staff were patient and kind. Some of the patients waiting online to be seen were rude and nasty, yet the staff did not let this affect their demeanor nor work efficiency. The room in which I was brought into was clean and the person giving the test was masked and gloved and opened everything in front of me. I received my rapid results in 18 minutes. Received a paper copy and saw it digitally on the healow website. Considering the high volume of patients and the limited staff this place gets an A+ in my book.

Worst place ever do not come here they are so unorganized, I came for my appointment at 11 I got here at 9;30 and am still waiting have no consideration for there clients, the workers are just sitting doing nothing DO NOT COME HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE

My husbands 930 appointment didn’t take him until 12 PM and it’s now 7 PM without rapid test results with two follow-up phone calls. I get you’re busy but now it feels like you’ve either lost his results or just don’t care.

The staff handled even the rudest patients with care and dignity. I do not envy those working in the medical field during a pandemic and I am grateful for the quality of care I received.

It is day 4 of waiting for my PCR results. I can’t return to work without them. When I called, the message said only leave message if it’s after day 14 of no results. I need my results more quickly than this. The communication with Mhin has been great, but please let me return to work.

I unfortunately made a reservation but was never sent a confirmation. So I drove 30 minutes and was not able to get in. I will have to make sure there website works.

If you want corona come here! They pack you like sardines in the waiting room and have you wait 2 1/2 hours with 100 other people to get a corona test. Sort of defeats the purpose huh?
