After searching [for what felt like forever] for a decent rate for auto insurance, I received an email from Dean Verno — he was able to provide myself and my husband with an extremely affordable one. Instead of feeling as though we were just another “sale” to him, he followed up multiple times to not only be sure everything was submitted on our end to lock in the price we wanted, but also to make himself available for any questions or concerns.
I find that most often people only submit reviews when they’re unhappy with a service, but in this case it was beyond exceptional! Dean managed to turn my initial frustrations over searching for auto insurance around completely and I feel so fortunate to have had this experience!

I tried to find Car insurance via the net, it was impossible, I have no idea How Jessie found me, but his patience with my lack of knowledge.this is my first car insurance and I am well into my 60's. His expertise is a benefit to this company. Even waiting several weeks for me to get all my ducks in a row was met with graciousness. I have insurance and it was painless.

Jesse has been the most helpful and friendliest agent I have ever dealt with. This is the 3rd company I have used and I have never felt more secured and genuinely cared for by a company or an agent. His responses are rapid and everything is well explained. Beyond pleased with my experiences thus far

Working with Dean Verno has been such a great experience! He is super attentive, thorough, knowledgeable and couldn’t be nicer. I would recommend him and state farm to anyone! In fact, my entire office now uses state farm and Dean helped them all!

Stay away from this place terrible service, but they are consistent with the terrible service so I will give them 1 star for the consistency of being terrible.

This is the worst agency ever, customer service is terrible.they raise your policy without telling you, they don't work together with you on your account.i had to give them a star because it wont let me post without it.but in reality they get NO STARS

Terrible staff and management! Unresponsive, unprofessional, rude, dismissive on numerous occasions. Even the Agent Cathy is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT OR HER OFFICE!

THEY DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN TO THEM EVEN IF IT'S ILLEGAL. The agent who helped me get insurance gave me such a large discount by comparison that of course I had to take it. Cut to 4 months later when I'm told through time-sensitive MAIL (not even email or a phone call from my agent) that they will no longer insure me and that they're still investigating the reason why in the mean time which meant I was a SITTING DUCK. Of COURSE when I contact them they won't tell me the reason why, only that the agent left the company. I go to another State Farm to find out directly and they told me that the insurance offer was highly questionable to the agency considering my driving record (it was my first time insuring a car independently) and that's why I'm being let go. The Cathy Nesselt/State Farm agency didn't want to tell me because it would acknowledge fault and mishandling of my insurance. To summarize: they signed another client through whatever means necessary so that it looks great on their end and then I end up paying for their schemes. When I told them I was leaving their company I tried to put a formal complaint to prevent this from happening but whomever answered the phone didn't want to record it. NEVER EVER GO HERE. It's not necessarily State Farm's fault, in this instance it was this particular branch itself.

Absolutely Amazing customer service hands down. I highly recommend any and everyone too speak with A rep named Dean! Never any issues and always has options for you. Wayyyy better then the guy from Geico -_-

Worst service I have ever received. We switched offices because our agent retired. Phone calls not returned as promised, wrong type of additional insurance added (First placed on someone else's account with same last name completely different spelling (after slowly repeating it 3xs on phone) and different address. No apologies after recognizing fault.

Completely unresponsive. They are great when selling you and they want money. Then you just don't exist. I have home, life and car and I still can't get them to respond. They made tons of mistakes with my car insurance and it took months to fix. Nothing but finger pointing and excuses.

They do a nice job getting u insurance. BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE if you try and call them
