Zeenath Rashid seemed nice over the phone but when I asked a question about my coverage she told me to scan her my paperwork because she couldn't answer it & she would get back to me with an answer. I called back once more & couldn't reach her so I never called back again. I've been with State Farm for about 15 years. I feel they don't appreciate my business so I'm going to shop around for another company.

Davina assisted my son and I in purchasing life insurance. We were so confused on what policy to choose from since my son will be a soon to be father. She explained each type of life policy to us and it truly helped us decide on what policy would be a best fit for my son. She was a great help and her customer service is much appreciated. Not once did we feel like she was trying to make a sale, we felt like she was trying to help us 100%. All the best my dear.

My wife and I went to Davina for our Homeowners Insurance and her customer service was amazing and genuine. The knowledge she has made us comfortable in purchasing homeowners insurance and she made the process understanding every step of the way. She explained everything to us in depth and helped us understand what coverages were associated with the policy we were purchasing.
