Staybridge Suites Buffalo-Amherst

Very disappointing stay. Not once in almost 10 did we get house cleaning, nor did anyone come in to at least take out or pick up the trash? I understand Covid safety measures, but we were highly dissatisfied. Roomes/bathrooms-we were in a suite- was not very clean.hair in tub, finger or hand prints on headboard, etc. I would not recommend this particular Staybridge location.

Good value, comfortable room with kitchenette and stove top. Microwave and cabinets with basic dishes and silverware. Nice place for family visit.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean had a pleasant smell and comfortable. Will stay there again.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Theresa was great; she is such a nice person. The hotel was nice and clean. Lakia the front desk clerk was sweet and has excellent customer service. Whenever I come back to Buffalo; I will definitely be staying at this hotel!

The front desk personal was very kind. Housekeeper did a great job keeping the room very clean. They made sure we had everything we needed for our room.

Hot tub is supposed to be salt water and maintenance cheaped out and put bleach in it. Ruined all our suits, a silver bracelet and peeled finish off her very expensive wedding band. The Staff are wonderful

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was not aware there was a pool here. I do look forward to my next visit.

I will never stay there again the General Manager is very disrespectful I recommend no one stay there on New Year Eves I got accused of smoking when I’m not a smoker that whole hotel smelled like smoke

It is very clean. I feel safe. The room is relatively big and have a layout that works well. Breakfast is excellent. It is THE BEST I have had since Covid-19. The staff are very nice. I could feel the smiles under the masks. Will definitely come back. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for two nights. Really enjoyed this place, has a cozy home feeling to it. Room had a separate bedroom and living room that had a small kitchen. There was a full sized fridge and dishwasher that came with cups, plates, spoons. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, both front desk and housekeeping. The room was great. We found a couple of hairs in the tub and on the pillows but it's nothing that scares us. It was all still very clean and we were very impressed.

This review is for Staybridge Suites in Amherst, NY. Based on my experience, 1 Star is too many. In the course of a 5 night stay we moved rooms twice due to a large number of flies (over 8 regular large flies not fruit flies). It was beyond disgusting to be in the suite with flies buzzing and swarming about all of our things, not to mention a huge inconvenience to have to pack up twice. How did they even get into the room? The windows don’t open and we were on the 5th floor.
Another problem- the shower curtain liner too long, causing my daughter to slip and fall in the shower! And the shower head was installed way too high to realistically reach (it’s a detachable type).

First time and I only ended up staying there for a few hours. Came late and left early. But Within that short time, I got to feel very welcome and comfortable. Room was clean, modern and nicely sized. Staff were friendly, especially James from the front desk who was very courteous and professional. Would definitely stay here again when back in that area

Love the room. Love the service. Love the breakfast. Only bad part was the swimming pool was absolutely freezing. What's the point of having one that is freezing cold?

Favorite hotel in the area! Great location, close to everything. Breakfast has a great selection, and free dinner Monday through Thursday is the BEST! The rooms are spacious, the entire place is incredibly clean, and the pool/hot tub are GREAT. Nice, big, and usually not in use! I've never had a bad experience here. Oh, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

Worst customer service ever. Beds are full size, even for our children it was uncomfortable. Front desk manager was not only unhelpful, she was unfriendly and rude.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. This hotel is also close to some great restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was easy to locate and parking was not an issue. Amenities were great just like any other Staybridge. Getting an extra blanket was easy and fast. The only problem I faced was non-working WiFi which I didn't bother to ask them fix it due to my short stay.

The room was big and is very good for extended staying. The complimentary breakfast was good, except for fruits.

It was beautiful, luxurious, and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a wonderful home away from home!
