I ran into some issues after booking one of their homes on air bnb and needed to cancel. They were very helpful and understanding. Definitely good management that communicates well. Would definitely consider booking again for another home! Also, after you fill out their application online, it takes you to a page with links to excursions and other accommodations. Great experience overall!

Rented a property in The Hamptons that had an issue with water pressure/well water that could not be fixed during our stay. Thanks so much to Austin Young who really came to our rescue and saved the day by finding us a different property ASAP. Austin made sure our needs were met and we are grateful that our problem was solved. Thank you Austin Young!

What an amazing home! Situated on a wooded nature area, the house made you feel like you were on a tropical island. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked, the home provided everything you could ever need. The kitchen had high end features and room for many. The yard was the highlight of the home. Beautiful in ground pool with chaises around it as well as an enormous outdoor kitchen. Also a large fire pit with couches surrounding it. The lighting outside was amazing as well. The views of the bay from the yard were totally incredible especially when watching the skies during sunset. There was a shed with outdoor games as well as kayaks. What more could you want! Owner was outstanding and communicated well. A must if you want to find a quiet oasis with deer and birds as you visitors

My mom and I had a fantastic weekend at the beach bungalows in Westhampton. The bungalow had a beautiful bay view and was quite spacious. The space was clean which is a super big factor for us. The team was great in providing manuals on each part of the bungalow - be it how to open the umbrella to how to turn on the ac. Although beach chairs are provided, we still went out and bought our own - chairs are low to the ground. Some fun activities - wolffer estate vineyard, a boat ride in sag harbor (American beauty), dockers for dinner, Goldbergs for a flagel. Overall, a nice experience!

My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly can say this place could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice and peaceful. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon.

DO NOT book with this company. We booked 5 months out for a long weekend and they cancelled on us three times while holding onto our money this whole time ($5-10,000+). The company blamed the homeowners each time (even after promising us our third booking wouldn't fall through), and each time, downgraded us to homes with less amenities only to cancel on us about every other month. When I finally talked to a manager, less than a month out from our booking, they acknowledged their errors but said the situation was "unfortunate" and said they would offer us complementary concierge services, which included options like a private chef, a beach setup, etc. It took them 5+ days to get us another house option at the same price, but the house lacked every special amenity than the houses we had originally booked. Oh, and the complementary service they offered? Free grocery DELIVERY.

We've told them we're thoroughly disappointed by their service and asked multiple times if there's any other thing they can do to make the situation better. We're still waiting on any response to try to make things right.

If you do decide to go with this company, PLEASE make sure you don't book a home that is on the market. Stay Marquis advertises homes 6-12+ months out that are for sale, which means your reservation is essentially meaningless to them. Each time we were cancelled on, it was because the home was sold. Stay Marquis insisted this wasn't their fault, and at every opportunity, blamed their CLIENTS.

Worst travel agency ever! Such a disrespectful treatment for their guests. Did not respect the term of the contract, still waiting for ages our security deposit to be back. This is just not acceptable.

They were the host of the home we rented last year. Upon arrival the AC in half the house was not working, it took 3 days to fix then it stopped working again. 5 out of 14 days. The contract with Stay Marquis says they negotiate with the owner. We got zero compensation. They responded quickly when renting and extremely slowly when you have an issue. I call they Stay Away now.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time! It was cozy and had great amenities, highly recommend!
