We love Steel Drummers Tropical Music! They performed at our annual outdoor cocktail party, and guests are still raving about how wonderful they are. Arthur and Erika's beautiful music added the perfect vibe to our festivities. We highly recommend them.

Arthur and Chico performed for my wedding ceremony on 7.14.22 and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I arranged to have a steel pan and marimba as a surprise for my husband and it worked! Arthur & Chico played beautifully and it was the perfect Caribbean touch to our west indian wedding.

Wilton Steel kindly played our kickoff event to announce the plans for our new Animal Resource Center, and they were fabulous! Our guests felt the joy and celebratory atmosphere the music created, and we are grateful to the band for helping the event be such a success. Thank you Arthur and crew!

I had contacted Arthur with a special request to play Guatemalan Marimba music as a surprise for my parents, and even with a limited time frame and inclement weather, he and his band made it work and played wonderful music that brought my parents back to their home country for a night. Their energy, vibe and sound all made for a perfect night that we will not soon forget - highly recommended!

This past weekend I had Tropical Music Productions at my wedding and had the time of my life! They were great. They knew what music to play and when to make the appropriate transitions to keep the party going. They engaged the audience to dance, clap, cheer, and sing, whether it was on the dance floor or at tables. It was so much fun! After the event, my guests kept raving about how good the band was and how much Tropical Music Productions helped liven the celebration. I will definitely be using this band again. Arthur and his very talented group of drummers were amazing! The musicians, ranging from teenagers to adults, happily played for 3 hours in the sun during my tennis event, only to have to then run, with all of their equipment for cover, as a sudden downpour of rain ended their wonderful performance. They smiled through it all- so impressed! Will definitely hire them again!

Arthur Lipner and Tropical Music Productions are our ‘go-to’ when we need music for an event! In September, Arthur and his extraordinary musicians performed at The Last Taste of Summer, a craft beer tasting event. This event was hosted by our Non-Profit, Live Green Connecticut, with net proceeds being donated to a program focused on keeping plastic out of the ocean. Arthur’s beautiful music filled the air, thank you so much Arthur, you truly rock!

I hired Tropical Music for a recent event at the Riding Club in Wilton. The performance was amazing! It created a wonderful, fun vibe and all the whole band was so easy to work with. I'm already getting requests to have them back again!

I hired steel drummers from Tropical Music for my husbands 40th birthday surprise party. He really enjoyed it. Reminded him of our honeymoon at the Bahamas. They were very kind fun people. They even interacted with the kids! It was awesome.

Have hired these guys each year for over a decade for our firm outing on the shore on Long Island Sound; perfect setting for them, never gets old, always fresh. Great musicianship and lots of fun!
