Awesome Library. I love all the extra activities they do here. I've used this place my whole life but even more so in the last 10 years.

Good children's programs, great selection of books, pleasant staff, clean atmosphere, and plenty of interesting non-book related activities.

Excellent library with an awesome feel inside. Lost of programs for kids teens and adults. Spend a day here, you'll want to spend many more.

There's so many possibilities at the Tinker lab! Both John & Steve are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are right there to offer help and suggestions! Wish I had more time to spend tinkering!

I ran in to print something. The woman at the desk was very helpful, she actually went above to fix something for me. It's quiet in here and I love so the books

I love this place, they supply the local newspapers to read, they have movie rentals computers to sign in and check my emails always quiet and employees are friendly and always eager to help If I'm having some trouble finding what I'm looking for. The free wifi is there when my phone is out of data, only use it when I need to, it's reassuring knowing that it is always there, and I thank them!

We love this place, although one staff member seemed a little bit snippy with us about a few different things the last time we were there. We have always felt welcomed and always have a great time! Great place for a few minutes to get away from the world, seriously go to the library!

A great place to spend some time in peace, or to get some work done. Please do anything you can to keep our libraries open and allow more folks to have a place to learn.

The whole staff are friendly and will assist you at way possible I go to the horseheads branch a and they're just like the elmira branch

Love the Library. If they don't have what you want they will help you find it from another Library. The Staff is Great.

Had the unfortunate event of running into the 3 blind mice! And it wasn't Halloween. Asked if I could rerent a video game. All three employees standing around, told me to return it and it would be available. I could have renewed it for another 4 weeks. Not one employee told me this. Once I was able to read a sign that gave me the correct info. They all played dumb and all three even said. "O yeah I forgot about that. ". Don't ask questions they just with there

Won't go back anytime soon. Everything for kids is shut down and they are still requiring people to wear masks.

It was nice to just go sit today. There were no homeless under the train overpass so it was peaceful

I love this library. I've really missed my visits during the pandemic. Anxiously awaiting to visit again.
