Steinway Family Dental, Dr. Malakov, Dr. Day, Dr. Terranova, and their staff, are fantastict. Over the last 5 years they have helped me resolve serious dental health issues with great care and sensitivity.

My hygienist, Ebia, is an excellent hygienist. I highly recommend her to any other patients. She is wonderful and very professional. The Entire Steinway Family Dental Professional Dental Care Workers Are All Wonderful With The Excellent Care To Their Patients, Including Dr. Day, Juan And Melanie. I Appreciate The Good Service To My Health And Dental Needs!

I just got my permanent crown and it looks excellent. The procedure to prep my tooth for the crown was painless. Everything was very professional and the dentist and assistants were very knowledgeable. Easy to say this is my permanent dentist.

This dental office examined me and wants $15000.00 to repair some crowns and bridge work. Three months go by and they want to clean my damaged teeth without repairing my teeth. Three months go by and they said they're waiting for my insurance to tell them what is covered. Meanwhile my dental issues have gotten much worse and painful and still this is going nowhere. This is an example of non caring, negligent behavior.

Very friendly staff, went in for a checkup, got some xrays and a cleaning done really easy and quick. The place is much larger than it looks like in front.

Excelent experience today at Steinway family dental center. Staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dentist performed a miracle and Jenifer was very helpful and knowledgeable with all information provided.

Be aware, My first time with my boyfriend him have emergency problem than charge almost 600 for clean his gum and give 2 appointment second visit 8: 30 doctor Albert only see his gum not clean an said have to pay more next appointment. That place is layer just like charge you more and more if see you don’t have credit charge you in cash every time you make appointment. Not good, not believe that place.

I came here on a Sunday without an appointment. Great office environment. Taylor and Andrea were very nice and professionals. They made my visit extremely pleasant, both always smiling and sweet. Dr. Dayanayev is amazing! He took my worries into consideration, was really listening to me and made me feel at ease. I am a super annoying patient and he was great with me all the time. Without a doubt I'll be coming back. I reccomend this practice to everyone, they're the best!

Worst dentist.they only care about money.i had an Emergency issue that could it affected my whole mouth with a big infection.first they check to see if my insurance had enough money to cover what i need it to be done.and i was their regular patient. Thank god i went to another dentist that took care of my problem.

To those who are scared of the Dentist, please DO visit this place. My primary dentist is Dr. Day who has done treatments like fillings, root canals and Invisalign for me. I usually don't leave any reviews but after seeing my quick painless Invisalign results and the reviews that are here, I had to leave one!
The doctors in this office know how sensitive my teeth are and somehow still have a way to provide all treatments without pain. Their office is clean, unlike a few others I have been to in the past. They are always punctual and organized. Whenever I come in, the procedure is set up for and my wait time is usually 5-7 minutes. I have also received treatment from Dr. Malakov who had done an extraction on me in the past. Every penny that I spend here is so worth it!

Steinway Family Dental was great. I came in to get my cleaning done and the work was high quality and the staff members are really nice and caring. I love how my teeth looks now! If anything I do recommend people coming to Steinway Family Dental Center, you won’t regret it!

Dentist was ok. But then they send in the used car saleswoman to tell you that nothing is covered, even with insurance. They don't even try and refer you to an oral surgeon within your network. She immediately tried to discuss payment plans and forms of payment. Very shady. I didn't even stay for the cleaning. I prefer to deal with a more ethical dental office.

I was here back in December and I was been reviewed by a dentist somehow someone approached the dentist with an emergency and I was told they have to reschedule me for another time

Great place and quality dentistry! The staff is super helpful. They helped me figure out how to do my dental treatment in a way that was affordable for me. They gained a patient for life!

I went in for dentures and got 3 pairs of GARBAGE. 1ST PAIR THE TEETH WERE SMALL LIKE BABY TEETH. 2ND PAIR GAVE ME BUCK TEETH. 3RD PAIR THE 2 OF THE TEETH WERE PUT IN VIRTICALY ALL FOR 4000.00 garbage. DIDNT TAKE MY INSURANCE CLAIMED THEY DID THAKE IT WHICH THEY DO.
MADE ME FINIANCE THRU THERE COMPANY.

I was greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I entered, very polite, and clean office. Thank you to the knowledgeable and professional dentists at Steinway Family that gave me the best treatment possible! Could not ask for anything more and am definitely coming back.

SCAM! - these guys are scam artists. Told me that my insurance approved the work for fixing one of my teeth, then called me in for an appointment. At the appointment they told me that I was actually denied and they brought in their sales guy to pitch to me on why I should pay for it anyway. They are a waste of time. I noticed since the first cleaning I had there but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Please be careful.

I recently got a cleaning here with Amy. She was very thorough and gentle and I am very happy with the job done. I also got a filling done by Dr. Morrone and he made sure that the process was comfortable and pain free. Everyone in the office is friendly and caring and I cannot recommend a better dental office.
