Amazingly friendly staff, beautiful pianos, and a separate room for playing makes this one of my favorite places.

I had the chance to play on one of their wonderful pianos in a special room. Also, despite the factory closure, the member of staff (her name was Lia, I think) gave me plenty of explanations about the exceptional build quality of Steinway & Sons pianos. Lia was very smiling and welcoming. Thank you so much!
