The dentist who did my last extraction was amazing! I was numbed so well I barely felt even the pressure associated with a extraction. My dentist was very gentle and patient I was extremely impressed and satisfied especially knowing I have severe dental work anxiety and was able to remained relaxed and calm. I've been coming here for years and the whole staff from the front desk receptionist to the hygienist, the dental assistants and dentists are all amazing.keep up the great work and thankyou.

Hi I called in three times in 2 days and nobody have called me back finally had to go down there to get an answer didn't not appreciate that at all

I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. My cleaning was fast and efficient!

My first visit with this location was nice Amir was wonderful and the rest of the staff was pleasant which is why I gave it 3 stars. I went in with a cracked tooth and I had to wait a week and a half to have it removed. I had to stay in terrible pain for all that time. When I finally had it removed the process was very uncomfortable and all of the root of the tooth was unable to be removed.
Other than the lengthy wait for my removal this place is nice.

I don't love going to them dentist, but I was very impressed with the staff at Stellar Dental on French Rd. Very personable and accommodating. State of the art equipment was a plus! Glad I chose this place for my dental care needs.

Excellent dental office! They take great care during a cleaning, the hygienists are great. Appreciate the care every 6 months!

Went in for a crown on back tooth, no problems with temporary one. Two weeks go for permanent.

I love Stellar Dental. The dental technician I have her name is Jill. She is by far the best technician I’ve had in my 60 years of life. She’s kind, compassionate and very gentle. The front desk girls were very nice and informative. The office is spotless, easy access, parking, and even the doctor when she came in to check me was very kind.

The staff is pleasant and professional. They are great at scheduling, so you are seen promptly. The technician and dentist are FANTASTIC! I think they provide the best care. Very organized also.

They are my home base at Stellar Dental. I've gotten crowns, root canals everything you can imagine and they've been great

This dentist told me I had a cavity and would not clean my teeth until I had the cavity fixed. His office kept calling and pushing this repair to the point of me finding a new dentist. THE NEW DENTIST FOUND NO CAVITY.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THE DENTIST IS A LIAR AND IS ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY. GO TO A TRUSTED FAMILY PRACTICE, NOT A CHAIN LOCATION.

Very thorough and they take their time with patients. Clean office with up to date equiptment. I am very impressed with Stellar Dental

Was in pain for 3 weeks after they gave me a temporary crown. Went back to get permanent and it was the most pain I've been in in my life. Horrible experience. Would not recommend them for anything other than cleanings.

About a year ago I went had 2 cavities filled. They set up a routine cleaning appointment which I told them I didn't want but they forced to make it. I didn't show up because I was super busy with work then a few months go by I'm having pain in the exact same spots they filled the cavities so I made a appointment yesterday for today. I ended up going into the hospital I was in severe pain I couldnt even get out of bed I have paperwork proving that and they still dismissed me from the practice. I know half of this is on me for not showing up for a mandatory routine cleaning but I think if your in the hospital you shouldn't be exempt from being dismissed from a doctor/dentist office

This place is shady and despicable. We went in there to do a regular appointment, gave insurance, then AFTER the appointment was over, they say they did something that wasn't covered by insurance. How the hell is that fair? That's a disgusting business practice. ASK first. DO NOT do things without the CUSTOMER'S EXPLICIT permission. Won't come back and will tell everybody I see not to. I already didn't like whatever took over the old McDonald's, but now I really don't like this place.

Don’t go to stellar on French rd unless you are looking for any of the following
-staff rolling their eyes at each other as they’re working on your teeth.
-to have imprints on your face from there instruments from them being so rough on you during your appointment.
-to come back 2 days later because you’re having horrible mouth pain and swelling to the point that you can’t even eat only to be told oh it looks like an ulcer maybe from a chemical that was spilled during the original appoint be told a rinse will be ordered for you but never happens.
-continued mouth pain almost 2 weeks after original appointment.
I wish I could give negative stars but 1 in the lowest rating. If you’re going to be so rude working with the public maybe try a work from home job.

Stellar dental has no heart on french rd, my appt was for 11: 30, the morning of they changed my appt to 10: 10, on that morning I informed them I couldn't make the 10: 10, I had just found out my aunt passed minutes before the call, but I will keep the 11: 30 appt, I got lost I called I called no one answered, so I called union rd, and they called french rd to give directions, the receptionist gave me directions, I told them to make it easier and I will make it on time I will call a Uber, we hung up I called my Uber, and waited for my Uber, 6 minutes later when my Uber pulled into pick me up, another receptionist called and told me since I couldn't make the 10: 10 the doctor will not see my son, I said we confirmed the 11: 30, and the receptionist said well the doctor is leaving since you couldn't make the earlier appt she will not see your son, I'm appalled, hurt, and down right lost for words I confirmed the appt thru text, and she should have told me the circumstances or cancelled instead of making me waste money, I just can't believe the doctor would just cancel in a few minutes smh

Broke my wisdom tooth over night. I called Stellar. Right from the start, the receptionist was very friendly and understanding. They got me in within 2 hours of calling. Got there, filled out a quick med history, was immediately taken back by an assistant (I don’t know her name, but she was absolutely wonderful) quick x-rays. Dr. Jebson, came in and was like let’s get that out! She and her assistant Lindsay were incredibly kind and caring. EVERYONE at this office was very very kind and caring. It was so nice. I can’t thank you all enough. Amazing experience!
