Stellar Dental Care - McKinley Parkway Office, Hamburg NY

My first time visit was for an emergency crown. I got an appointment for the next day; at the end of my visit my new crown was in place. The team who cared for me from the secretaries to the assistance and the dentist were excellent. Follow up visit was equally excellent.

Courteous and professional. They've been taking care of my teeth for several years and I am very happy with them.

I had the left lateral incisors capped in June, it came off twice and they adjusted it. The third time I ended up swallowing it. I contacted the office and was told the I was not on their roster and there was nothing they could do for me. I was told to contact my Insurance company which is in network, but it would take 30 days to process and get my name on their roster. This isn't a requirement for the Insurance company, it's their policy, my insurance hadn't changed, it turns out that I was never on their roster. I wasn't aware of this, until the last incident. Be careful dealing with these people, dot your i's and cross your T's, They seem very disorganized and aloof to my dental issues. I ended up going to another dentist to repair their shotty work.

I attempted to make an appointment today but was greeted by a very rude and dismissive person on the phone. After the third time I was placed on hold I decided this wasn't the dentist for me. Too bad they might actually be good dentists but I will never know because of their rude front desk.

I finally found a great dentist office! Not only is a the staff super friendly but my dentist is pretty chill. Usually I’m nervous as hell going to a dentist for the first time even the second time but not with these people. Very calm, friendly and soothing atmosphere!

I've tried to call for months to make an appt, no answer every time! They have an appt to have someone call you in their website filled that out maybe twice never received a call. My coworker called and made an appt as she was sitting next to me and told then I've been trying to call and book an appt of they could book one for myself and they told her no I would have to call. Months later I finally get through book an appt for the next week (very happy about that even though the girl on the phone gave me an attitude) Today, the day of my appt 2/7/20 we have a good amount of snow and roads are yet to be plowed so I had a 10: 15 appt as I was pulling in the parking lot the receptionist called to see if I was coming in or not. I told her yes I was just pulling for my 10: 15am appt as she was calling me at 10: 16 even knowing the weather outside! She said "Well I GUESS we could still see you" I'm sorry you guess? She then said "well I could fit you in for 11am then" This place needs better management and some customer service training! I work in health care and this is horrible patient care!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went and got a 2nd opinion at a dentist I used to goto when I was in high school, stellar told me I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled ASAP or my teeth would get worse and i didn’t have dental insurance at the time so it would have cost me hundreds of dollars and I was so upset when I left. So I finally got dental insurance and went back to my other dentist today and I HAVE NO CAVITIES! He said I have great teeth. Great hygiene and my xrays LOOK GREAT.so I you can maybe consider getting a 2nd opinion and saving some money. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

I had an appointment less than 24 hours before my appointment they decide to cancel and reschedule so I call back and say I can't make that new time and they say now that I can't make my appointment they can't see me and I'll let me know in a month when if they never would have cancelled my appointment it never would have happened and they treated me horrible

Very kind and caring staff! Phenomenal experience! Would definitely recommend! I mentioned I have very sensitive teeth and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! The wait was not even 5 minuets. Thank you!

This was my first visit at Stellar. Every staff member was inviting, friendly, and provided educational feedback I had not received from my previous provider.

I have to admit, I'd not been to a dentist in seven years. I was so nervous and ashamed - but the folks at Stellar were wonderful. They told me not to be scared or embarrassed, they reassured me that everything would be OK and gave me a plan for my teeth that restored them to health. I was so grateful for their kindness and expertise. I'd recommend Stellar to anyone.

The environment at Stellar Dental is fast and friendly. I have never had a bad experience. The dentists are knowledgeable and proficient in providing care. The Hygienists are also top notch. The office personnel always greet you with a smile and will answer any questions you may have. That is why I say "Outstanding Dental Care". The whole experience is excellent!

Without a doubt they are the best that my husband has ever been to. They are so polite and caring. We credit them with discovering suspicious plaque under his tongue and it was a real danger sign. Probably saved his life. We are grateful for the compassion and service. We highly recommend for the speedy appointments. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have been to Stellar 3x in the last 2 months since changing dentists. They are fantastic. My teeth look amazing - and they weren't always that way. Dr. Allen is very thorough and gentle, and I will go here as long as I have teeth. Thank You Stellar Dental and Dr. Allen

Dr. Bruno is an absolute amazing doctor! He had 2 problem wisdom teeth out in under 3 minutes with no pain! Also, his assistant Tiffany was so calming and knowledgeable! Would totally recommend this place to anyone who has had bad experiences with previous dentists or people who are very nervous!

Everything is clean and quiet. Staff are pleasant and well informed. Everything that is being done is explained and the follow up advice is sincere. Best dentist office I've been too my whole life

I originally came here to get a second opinion for my son. I was so pleased with the opinion, professionals, the friendliness, the fast service and overall feel for the office cleanliness, kids playroom for the little ones. So I switched myself here. I hadn't been to the dentist in longer than recommend so I was a little nervous but they once again were amazing I saw different staff for myself but once again was very pleased. I will be switching my entire family of 6 to here.

As usual I walked away happy with my visit. My hygienist was fantastic! Gentle, polite, funny and helpful. The dentist was also great. Stellar Dental makes going to the dentist a great experience instead of a chore.
