Dr. Chin was great! Super nice and really thorough in her exam of my eyes. Ended up with a really cute pair of glasses, too.

I dropped my glasses off on Monday and they were to call me Wednesday and let me know if the frames could be fixed or needed to be replaced! I had to call the following Monday - nothing had been done - it took until Thursday for them to finally get back to me and 2 weeks to get new frames- they didn’t even clean the lenses when they were put in the new frames - the practice has gone down hill since the change.

The frame that I order it's beautiful, and the lady who attended me was very formal and professional! I recommend to anyone needing an eye exam or glasses to go and see the doctors at the Kew Gardens Family Eyecare office.they have the latest equipment and They will treat you like a family with respect, and professionalism.

Dr. Dong is the best we have in this part of town. We came all the way from DC just to experience his impeccable service. Thanks

I enjoy going to this office. The staff is super friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Dong and Dr. Chin are very thorough and detailed - this gives the feeling that they care about you and they will provide the best options possible for your eye care. I don't feel that scammed feeling you get with other optometrist who try to upsell etc. Every experience is a great one with Kew Gardens Family Eye Care.

The best of the best! I've been going to Dr Dong for many years. He's thorough, knowledgeable and so very personable. If he checks your eyes, you know that you're getting the best care that you can find! A thousand, a million stars and beyond!

Very clean and welcoming environment and both Dr. Dong and Dr. Chin are phenomenal. All of the staff and clinicians have been extremely helpful for all of my eye care needs!

This was our first time at Kew Gardens Family Eyecare. Dr. Chin and her staff were fabulous! Dr. Chin took the time to explain everything during the eye exam. She was friendly and informative. The staff was friendly and helpful during exam and picking out glasses. They were upfront with all costs that weren’t covered by our insurance. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

Dr. Chin, Frank and their staff are the best! Had an eye exam here recently and it was honestly the best eye exam experience I've had. I was seen promptly and Dr. Chin was friendly and professional. She really took the time to go over things with me that I've never had other doctors explain before.

I gave my insurance card (Athena) which include eye care

I was asked multiple times if I had insurance after I have my card
I was asked again if I had vision insurance and was TOLD by the doctor “you probably don’t have “

If you are Black I suggest not coming here.

Furthermore seems they only care about selling glasses and not the persons eye vision health!

Thank you for your quick response but that is not true. When I came in I have All of my insurance information to you with my Full name. When I said I will have to come back you then quicking told your assistant to put it in as something else.

What I think really happen it that you and your assistant could not figure out how to work your system and assumed multiple times that I didn’t have insurance after I gave you not one but two insurance cards.

And when I said I don’t feel comfortable any more you did not try to stop me or explain like you just did in this post. But instead you shrugged your shoulders.

Frank was fantastic in finding and replacing a screw for the frame of my glasses which had come apart. He also processed my current prescription so that my older, other pair of glasses could be fitted accordingly. I had a great experience.

It was a very thorough exam & Dr. Dong patiently explained every detail. I learned a lot about my eyes and how to care for them. He is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr. Dong. I totally trust him with my eye health and respect and like him as a doctor and person. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. The staff is amazing and welcoming as well.

Dr. Chin and Dr. Dong’s office is exceptional. They have a great staff team. Unbelievable kindness and care for what the patient wants. They helped my uncle and aunt with their exams and helped them with an in-depth selection for frames. They did everything to an amazing result. I could not ask for a better staff to go to from here on out. A special thank you to Frank and Kiran for taking care of my uncle and really taking their time with him.
