My brother has been going there for years and he told me don’t go nowhere else and he was right. Heather is an absolute angel! They gave me a great price in only took one day to get my two prescriptions done. I highly recommend this store.

The manager Nancy is rude! She does not need to work with customers with that nasty attitude she seems annoyed all the time.

The staff are so nice and helpful in there, especially Brigette we looked at multiple lens together and she was honest about all of them, but she took her time and made sure that I got the perfect frames

I’ve never left a negative review on anything but unfortunately had bad experience with the manager Nancy today. From the beginning of my question she started to talk to me aggressively, loud and mean. The issue is they’ve charged me $1,800 for a $900 pair of glasses. All I wanted to do is make it clear and let them understand what the problem was and figure out a way to resolve. She dismissed my question and told me she couldn’t help. If you can’t deal with customers and problems you shouldn’t be a manager. The other employees there are much nicer. You’ve lost a family of customers today.

Visited this weekend and got a comprehensive eye exam. I did not know that I could go through my health insurance to do so. Aby asked me for not only my vision but also my health insurance and saw I was eligible. She was really helpful with explaining my coverage and helping me find frames that fit. This was my best experience so far and I will definitely come back.

The team at Sterling Optical is extremely friendly. Aby in particular is fantastic. She was able to assist my husband and I find eye glasses within our budget. She was very informative as to our benefits/health coverage. She even had our glasses ready that same day. I look forward to visiting this location again.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. No waiting time, everyone is so helpful. Dr is very patient and explained everything in detail. Everyone is following safety protocols! Bregette was AMAZING with customer service and so sweet. She helped me pick the perfect frames and went above and beyond.

Because of COVID-19, I didn't even know that the Sterling Optical in the mall was open for business, but it is. After receiving a voicemail, I called back to make an appointment for an eye exam to update my vision prescription and order another box of contacts. My prescription needed to be changed, so a new pair of lenses was necessary. The person who helped me with my new lenses was Aby. She was extremely informative and answered all of my questions in her pleasant and genuine manner. I decided to get another pair of frames, too, but the ones I liked the most had been discontinued last year. Aby was very helpful and patient when it came to helping me search for another pair of frames that are like the ones I had bought two years ago. After trying on several frames, and not being satisfied with any of them, Aby did an extensive search and actually found a pair of the discontinued Ray Ban frames in Poland. That was really nice of her to do.
It's not that easy working with the public, and it can be difficult to find good customer service sometimes, so whenever someone does an outstanding job of helping me, I like to reward that person by writing him or her a review. Positive reinforcement is important. Thanks Aby.

Rob is the best he adjusts the glasses and he fixed mine and took care of my defected lenses. He completely went above and beyond to help me. I'm very grateful to Sterling optical for having Rob as their employee

I’ve been in this store on occasion to inquire about their services and there are some ladies that are rude and greedy. Unfortunately their top priority is their commission.
