Great experience. Friendly, even when there's lots of customers. When I got my frames back for lense replacement, they looked brand new. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Fast service, I ordered my reading glasses about a week ago got them a week later. All my questions and cocerns were answered in a timing manner. To sum this review up it was fast and easy in and out i would recommend anyone to vist your local sterling optical.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic staff. Helpful every step of the way. Very glad I came to this location to get my new glasses.

Went here as a kid and stopped as an adult for some reason. I miss it, after going to another vision place, I will never go anywhere again but here. Great service. Very knowledgeable practice.

I usually go to the Sterling Optical in Tonawanda and they left a sour taste in my mouth so I was disappointed when I found out Sterling Optical is one of the few places to accept my new insurance. The buffalo location was a much better experience. Dr. Bionio? Was super friendly and thourough and took the time to answer all of my questions. The lady working the desk was also super helpful and they have restored my faith in Sterling Optical. I will be driving out of my way to go to this location from now on.
