Went there today for my first visit, what a great experience it was! Dr.stern is great with muscles and aligning your body correctly and carefully he will find the problem and will not ignore it until it’s fixed. I regained instant strength in my feet! Can’t wait for my next visit.

Doctor Stern is an amazing guy and an amazing chiropractor with great attention to detail. He doesn't just crack your back and hook you up to a machine he actually spends time working with you. He gives a deep tissue massage for about 20 minutes along with cupping and helps make you feel great again!

Dr. Stern has magic/healing hands, an upbeat/joyful personality, great sense of humor, extensive knowledge and alot of empathy. When he's not in the office he returns phone calls expeditiously and in an emergency, he'll come to the office, if possible. I feel blessed to have him in my life.

I just had my first appointment with Dr Stern and feel like I was at a magician. I came in because of a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder area. I had shoulder surgery years ago and never regained full range of my shoulder. After a few minutes with the doctor, I was able to move my shoulder more than I have been able to in probably 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the cause of my pain right away. I will certainly be recommending him and returning for follow ups.

For those participating in endurance sports and live in Greater New York area. I want to recommend Dr. Ian Stern. Ian is an accomplished sports chiropractor, nutritionist, and author. He is a triathlete and BJJ wrestler himself. Ian is passionate about his practice and best in class. Not only he cares about his patients, but also is heavily involved in active research. Unfortunately, there are many chiropractors "practitioners", who never actually thoroughly tested their methodologies, hence, they don't really know what works and what doesn't. Unlike them, Ian is always in the field and brings the best to his clients. As a nutritionist, Ian is a superb specialist. Only vital and natural ingredients with the intent to maximize the effect and minimize the intake. I visit his office once in 2-3 months and it feels great!

More than a chiropractor, but also a great mentor. Very knowledgeable in his field! Highly recommended. Dr. Stern help improved my range of motion and provided me the necessary tools to prevent reoccurring discrepancies within my muscles. Thank you!

Best chiropractor i have been to by far. I was in a bad auto accident I hurt my knee back and shoulder which resulted in me having knee surgery, i wish i met Dr. Stern before i made that decision.very pleasant office and the therapy is even better i feel like a new person after 6 months of going as often as i can. I work in the medical supply business and i recommend him to all my patients that come in thinking about having surgery, i wouldn't go anywhere else.

As somebody who lifts weights and practices martial arts, I'm always getting my body into some sort of trouble. I found Dr. Stern, and have been great ever since! I come in feeling broken, and leave feeling like a new man. Dr. Stern is a miracle worker, hands down!

1st treatment was with eyes closed. Good sign, picks his approach based on what he feels is tight. Cares about results, genuinely interested in your rehabilitation. After 5 different chiropractors i think i found one who is not narrowly trained only in alignments but in nutrition massage and martial arts. Great combo.

Plus: He's a very nice guy and a great doctor. He really cares and takes his time with every patient.
Negative: Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but it's well worth it.

Dr Ian Stern is just an amazing professional! I live in Astoria, Queens and I really don't see any problem taking an almost hour ride to get there, because I'm sure he will take care of myself really well like nobody else does. If you do need a chiropractic every week or month I recommend you this incredible person!
