Tried to return shoes that I bought within the return policy’s time period and I was welcomed with attitude. They told me I had to return to the store I got them from (a different store) because they had the “right to decline” any returns. Was told it was the managers decision and was dismissed without actually trying to tell me why I’m being rejected. Nothing made sense, even when I called the original location and they didn’t understand why I was being rejected. Giving a star to one of the employees that welcomed me and my friend. Loved her, such a welcoming personality. Her name is Cherise!

Not bad staff was nice help was fast but we knew what we wanted asked and boom they got it. Thanks Izzy for helping and being on point cudos to you. The wife will be back.

I Received used shoes the sole of the shoes was dirty it took me a long to notice I tend to put my shoes in the closer and only take them out when I'm about to use them. I will never again shoe here the security at the door was rude he needs to learn how to deal with tourists and people with accents.

Horrendous Customer Service, asked for a size and 2 girls at the cashier with a nasty face … we don’t have it… just what you see … another nice employee went inside and brought the size … they need a manager ASAP!

Its a busy store with good collection. The staff is too rude and over worked. They expect is to remember their names even when they barely help. Will never come back.

These beautiful shoes are "unfairly" made for narrow feet. I have wide feet. I am a woman who wears men sneakers but had to return their men's sneakers twice. Too narrow! I am done with this store for this reason!

I came to this location to return a purchase I made out of the Soho location. Due to my experience and the manner in which I was treated (terrible to say the least) I was set on returning the shoes and NEVER purchasing anything else from Steve Madden. However, when I came in and was greeted by Miguel A. He definitely helped change my perspective on the company. Before I could ask for a shoe it was already on its way. (Not only is that a great strategy in sales! But great customer service!) Israel C.the District Mgr (if I understood correctly) happen to be at the store assisting his team. He was amazing as well and he made sure to let me know he was made aware of my Soho experience and would reach out to the other location to CORRECT the mistakes that happened. (Not reprimand which is very important in team work) After this experience I found probably the only Steve Madden I’ll Bother going to from now on. Thank you Israel for everything!
