Amazing! I walked in this morning with a flat tire from my snowblower. A storm is coming today so I will be needing it, and I had to get to work on time. I didn't even ask and the guy took the tire out back and literally had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. He brought it back out to me and said "you're all set, we'll catch you next time". No charge! Incredible! And I made it to work on time too! Thank you!

I recommend making a reservation for snow tires the second the colors change for November. Otherwise you won’t be served until December.

Worst experience ever. I was scheduled to get an oil change and tire rotation.they completely botched the rotation and ended up messing with other parts of the car. Also i didint receive a sticker to notify me when to change oil and the oil its self is low and very dark still.not sure if they did anything at all.going to be turning them in to the better business bureau

They are honest very helpful anything my car needs I will diffentley be going to them I advise if you're looking for excellent service for your car this is the best place in town!

They do honest, timely, and flexible work! I've shopped around for a specific service, and Steve Shannon was the one that charged me the least and didn't try to upsell me anything.they've explained what they're doing as well, which has made it all the easier.

I can’t speak to their auto body work, as I went in to have photos of my wife’s car taken for insurance (2/15/2022 at 3: 15PM in case an owner cares to know which of their employees has an abysmally low capacity to interact with possible customers). I was treated rudely by the worker at the desk who had a perceptible attitude from the moment I walked in. I tried to empathize after he mentioned they had many other insurance pictures to take today. It seems to me that if you’ve contracted with insurance companies to provide this service for which you’re paid, you have agreed to provide a service without making that difficult (examples: needing to keep my phone for more than a couple of minutes to take down insurance details when I am aware that with my past vehicles this wasn’t needed). I would be happy to discuss further details if helpful. Shame that somewhere I’ve heard is a decent shop has folks working there who don’t know how to interface with the public well.

I was in line behind Dani today. I’m so glad they weren’t able to help you any further. You are an absolutely vile person and you need to learn how to respectfully interact with other people. Multiple times you insulted this person’s intelligence because you provided the wrong insurance card. I’m so glad they sent you on your way.

As for my service, I had a slow leaking tire and they were able to see me the next day. I had an oil change and because I purchased my tires from them, there was no charge for the tire repair. I dropped off my car at 2: 00 and picked it up at 3: 15, it would’ve been sooner but was delayed by Dani’s temper tantrum.

I had trouble adding air to one of my tire and dropped by here today. The shop diagnozed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes! Furthermore, they didn't even charge me a cent since it was a "quick job" for them.

In short, excellent service, ran by honest people - will definitely keep visiting them for my yearly inspections.

We drove circles through downtown trying to find somewhere to put air in the tires. Most of the machines we found didn't work. The only one that would actually take money and push air (Fastrac) had a faulty tire gauge. (And the guy who worked at that station was a bit mean.) So after three different service stations we finally found this garage. They were kind, quick, and—bonus—even educated me about how I've been over-inflating my tires my entire life. We'll definitely go back every time we're in town.

Hands down the best shop I've ever taken my car to. They were all so helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping me get it fixed. Their prices are GREAT and they don't try to squeeze you for money. I have problems trusting shops, this one I can trust. I will be going back for all my future car needs.

Great experience here. Came from another shop that said I needed to fix two things, the guys here said the more expensive item was totally fine! Saved me a ton of money and proved them to be real honest guys. 10/10

I dropped off my Subaru because there was a rattling noise and I had a slow leak in my tire. I noise has been happening for over a year and I even brought it to the original dealership and they said they fixed it, but it was still happening. Trombley had both the noise and tire fixed within a few hours and ensured that it was all covered under warranty so it didn't cost me anything. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Had a nail in one of my tires and took it to them and they fixed it in a timely manner. I have upgraded them to 5 stars.

Multiple times been let down here after constant ppl recommending. Alignment on the truck, failed to straighten the wheel prior. Mounted and Balanced a set of tires, car now shakes at 55. Quality isn't there and you'll be stuck waiting hours everytime. (Unbelievable on the amount of weights and not even put on straight)

I got a flat tire and was 2 hours away from home. They got me in and out in a half hour. Great service and price!
