These people know their stuff! They have great service with as fair of a price as possible in today's rip off world. I have never taken my cars any other place but here in close to 30 years! And I never will go any place else. Love this place and I am so happy they are only 3 minutes away.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Had an inspection done, said it’d take an hour and it took 30 minutes.

Always lets me know the options and prices and finds the best way to get the repairs done economically and quickly as possible. Good advice and solid work as usual.

This is the 2nd time that I have come here to have them fix a tire from something I ran over. They were quick to get me in, and repair the tire quickly as well. Great service!

Super disappointed. Spent over $2,000 on complete tire replacement, while traveling, and still have a shake in my truck that was never there before. When I took the truck back the next day, the manager told me that I just had “3oz of rocks in the tires that was throwing them off”.
Took them to another Steve Shannon company in another state, spoke with another manager, and they balanced the tires. Truck is still shaking. Ugh.
Would not recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful. The gentlemen were extremely accommodating. We had gotten a flat on our trailer, called had tire available, pulled in was taken immediately and left with 4 brand new tires. Would highly recommend. Made the experience definitely stress less.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. They got my car fixed right and without taking forever. They are trustworthy and pleasant to work with. Everything is explained carefully and only done with your approval. Excellent place to bring your car.

Car broke down at this place the night before at 3 am was fixed by 9 am good advise and great people

We had a blown tire on the thruway. After putting on the donut we headed straight to Shannon Tire & Auto in Seneca Falls. It was just about closing time but they took the time to put new tires on the front. Everybody was so nice and the service was great!

For the Past 2 years we’ve used Trombley/Steve Shannon (since it was taken over) and Love coming here. Anytime we’ve had an issue with our car we call them because they’re Fast. Affordable.more importantly they’re Friendly and take their time to Listen to our concerns regarding our vehicles, they get us right in and always take the time to explain and educate us.and always send us away feeling and knowing we are safe under their care.

Had a flat tire on the thruway and this shop was the only one in the surrounding area with my size tire. They were my lifeline to get me back on the road at the end of the work day. Service was prompt and everyone there was very super friendly. I’ll be back, hopefully under better circumstances!
