Seth Stevens of Stevens Heating and Air has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. During a hot July when my AC stopped working and again in January 2019 when my heat stopped working. Both times he was extremely prompt in returning my call and coming over to assess the situation. He conferred with me on my options for repair, and then immediately set about ordering what was needed to get the job done as soon as possible. Both times the job was complete within a matter of days. Professional and clean, talking me through the job while his team was working, making sure everything was up to both my and his satisfaction, Seth is the best! And the cherry on the cake is that he is as promptly responsive to smaller jobs too!

First hot day of the season and my central ac system wasn’t working with my summer rental tenants on their way out to East Hampton from the city.this company saved me from my nightmare.owner showed up within 2 hours of my call and had the system up and running in an hour.

I was having constant issues with my air conditioning and then my heat, Seth told me he believed that it was from my NEST thermostat. I was a bit skeptical to change it to the Honeywell 9000 WiFi that he suggested, but I am sure glad that I did. It has been over a month now and not one single issue! (I was having at least one a week prior to that for over a year UGH!) Seth, thank you! I love the thermostat and the app!
