Steve's Heating and Cooling, Niagara Falls NY

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They came last year 3 times in a week because everytime they fixed something it stopped working 2 days later. We paid over 800 for repairs. Now exactly one year later, heat was not working again. They came and replace the exact same thing as they did last year and recharged us. 2 days later, broke again. They came and replaced something different and charged us again. Now a week later, heat is not working again. We have paid over $1000 and the heat is still not fixed. Very incompetent workers that just want to take your money without even figuring out the actual problems.

My furnace broke, called at 9 am was fixed by 12, BEST SERVICE EVER! Would recommend every time!

I'm a veteran.i was referred by the VA hospital i wanted a ac unit exchanged in my bedroom they came out on the hottest week of the year cut the cord to existing ac unit and left me to deal with the heat all week.then told me it would cost an extra $200 to install the new unit on topof the $1200 they received.i gave them cash for the job.they never finished work and never did what i paid for.very disappointed

Great service great work great price. Fast forward one year had an issue The guys came out took care of it very quickly I cannot say how happy I am with Steve's would definitely recommend to any of my family and friends if you're looking for the best hit them up

I want to say they are a terrible company had many issues after using them and the lady who answers the phone is very rude and just to say if the situation does not get fixed il take them to court for bad business this is ridiculous I suggest nobody uses them and they need to get a better person answering the phone terrible service

My furnace decided to not work on one of our cold winter days. Called them up after hours and someone came by and fixed the igniter. It's been weeks now and it's still running great. I'd recommend this company for sure.

I called this place 1 week ago. Spoke with the receptionist, gave my information and my request. She stated "Steve" would give me a call back. This has not happened. I googled this place and because I have a Lennox, I figured I would call them. At this point, in my line of work, I will not recommend them to someone that needs this type of businesses. And, I will not think of them when I occur another issue. If your too busy, or short staffed, or cannot handle the request, just say so.

Our furnace broke down last week I called up Steve's they were there within the hour. Very knowledgeable technician walks and takes care of everything for us! Very reasonable very fast and thank you Steve's Heating / Merry Christmas from the Bax family.
