I photographed a wonderful winter wedding at Stewart Manor Country Club. The venue is lovely and the staff were a pleasure to work with.

This place is just beautiful and the staff is amazing, and very friendly! The food was delicious. I was there for a wedding and it was outstanding.

The staff and service at Stewart Manor is EXCEPTIONAL! Our wedding was beyond what we’ve imagine. It was truly perfect thanks to the staff at Stewart Manor! John, James, Lisa went above and beyond for us in order to ensure we have a perfect wedding, and the result… absolutely PERFECT! We highly recommend this venue because they really care about the couple.

Stewart Manor Country Club (SMCC for short), is THE venue to book for any event. My wife and I held our wedding reception here on 11/5/22, and to say that the night was perfect is a complete understatement.

The Venue:
SMCC is an absolutely stunning venue. The renovations that were done a few years ago have completely transformed the place. The venue has a modern/rustic, yet elegant feel, with a beautiful main dining/dancing area. Outside you'll find a grand driveway, which leads to the main entrance. During the summer there will be various flowers lining the property, and during the fall there will be mums. The trees on the property with the yellow-reddish leaves during the fall really make you feel like you're in a wonderland, and in the summer they offer some much needed shade for the outside area.

The Food:
Everything from cocktail hour to the actual dinner selection was perfect. You know the food is great when you have guests consistently coming up to you throughout the night to tell you so. Additionally, the SMCC team were able to accommodate a few of our guests who ate only Kosher, or had specific dietary considerations. When booking the venue, you're given an extensive list of choices to consider, and have the flexibility to add or takeaway things as you see fit. We added an additional table to cocktail hour featuring a cold bar with shrimp, clams, and lobster, and during dessert we had a table setup with various pastries and fruit.

The Team:
John, Lisa, James, and the rest of the SMCC team are AMAZING. I cannot possibly express it in just words, but I'll do my best to capture how great they all are. John was the kindest, most understanding and hilarious person to work with. He gave us his honest suggestions throughout the entire booking process, and helped us make a lot of really important decisions regarding food options and a potential afterparty. Lisa was a great resource when we had one off questions, always available via phone or email, and was present during the actual wedding to make sure things were in order. The rest of the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding day, and I even recall my groomsmen making friends with one of the waiters. Everyone was truly delightful, and on point day of.

I'd like to spotlight James specifically for his role as maître d, his attention to detail, and his help in coordinating our perfect day. From literally bringing us water onto the dancefloor while we're navigating through our guests because "we looked like we needed it", to helping set-up all of our decorations, he couldn't of possibly been more on top of it. He even helped my wife take her veil off and bustle her dress. He ensured that all of our details were sorted, that no one had any issues, and that the party kept going on. We truly cannot thank him enough for all of his help.

Overall:
We can't possibly think of a single thing that went wrong throughout the entire reception. If after reading my review you have any doubts, just look at the pictures and recognize our genuine pure happiness. This is the venue to book, and your experience throughout the entire process will be so seamless, and you won't have to worry about a thing.

We hosted my sons christening at Stewart Manor Country Club and I can’t begin to say how perfect the day was! From the food, to the staff and venue we couldn’t have asked for anything more, they truly went above and beyond! John was such a pleasure to work with and our Maître d’ James & Chris ensured we had the best day:)

We went to the Stewart Manor Country Club as our first wedding venue visit. Once we met John and James, we knew that this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Their attention to every little detail made us and our guests thrilled. Everyone said that you could feel our love!

They also recommended a cigar roller and a dessert fire truck which completely blew our guests away. Fire Engine Foods supplied our guests with cinnamon buns, churros, deep fried Oreos, cookies, popcorn, and our FAVORITE apple cider donuts. This ending to our wedding was the icing on the cake.

If you are looking for a venue that will make you feel like family and make your dreams come true, look no further than the Stewart Manor Country Club. If we could do it all over again, we would pick John, James, and the SMCC in a heart beat!

The place is very nice and the food was great! All the servants were really nice and friendly. Had a great time!

I was just married here on October 30,2022 and I have nothing but praise for this place. The interiors are beautiful and spacious. The outside wedding grounds wonderfully landscaped. The food is outstanding (we had almost a hundred people at our wedding and ALL of them raved about the food). The bar is well stocked and the bartenders are pros that'll whip up whatever your favorite happens to be. Above all else, the owner and staff were as courteous, accommodating and professional as any establishment I've ever worked with. John, the owner, was warm and inviting and made sure that all our requirements were met and exceeded. Lisa, the office manager, was there every step of the way making sure the planning process was as seamless as possible (and it was). And James, the maitre de, was the the MVP all-star champion of our whole experience. He catered to every need, rolled with every punch, made sure the everyone was calm and focused on having a good time and made every kind of adjustment on the fly all with the best attitude. All wonderful people. If anyone reading this is about to take the plunge and hasn't yet decided on a venue stop reading and come by the Stewart Manor Country Club. An easy 5 Stars.

Stewart Manor was the first wedding venue we looked at, instantly fell in love and no other venue came close to comparing! James and John went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most perfect and magical day! We had our ceremony in the beautiful gazebo (the stone walkway is a great new aisle!) and went right into cocktail & reception. The cocktail hour stations are delicious and fun (Coney Island station was a hit!) James bustled my dress in a flash and was there whenever we needed him! The afterparty was beautiful with the flowers, lights and we were able to set up games like cornhole and large jenga. Cannot recommend Stewart Manor enough!

Stewart Manor Country Club helped create the wedding of my dreams! The service, food, and attention to detail was outstanding. From the very first meeting, James and John both made my husband and I feel at home and welcomed. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible and are so accommodating. It is not your typical wedding venue. They make you feel like family. The night of my wedding, James was not only attentive to my husband and I, but to our parents and bridal party as well. John the owner was helping serve guests and present the whole night ensuring we had a great time. The guests raved about the food and how friendly the staff was. I wish I go back and do it all over again!

I got married this past weekend there and there are no words to describe how amazing john and james are. From the second i met them, i felt like family. Besides the beauty of the venue, the rest of the staff was phenominal as well, the food was delicious, they displayed everything perfect, not one thing went wrong.i had one little mistake on my end that i panicked about and james took care of it and calmed me in seconds. Every bride needs james at there wedding, words can not describe how amazing he is.thank you SMCC for making this day beyond perfect. I cant wait to host another event there!

This is by far the nicest venue to work with! They made my son’s wedding day a breeze. James and John are unbelievably helpful and “no” is not in their vocabulary! They are our venue of choice for all our future parties!

After my first visit to Stewart Manor Country Club I KNEW this was where I was getting married. The venue is so warm and welcoming and absolutely charming. Meeting with John and James just sealed the deal. John was so accommodating and helpful throughout the process (I planned my wedding in 4 months!) Every time I called, he made me feel like I was the most important bride and addressed every question or concern immediately.

I cannot even find the words to express how incredible James is. There isn’t a thing in this world I wouldn’t trust him with, including my wedding day. He didn’t skip a beat and knew what I was thinking before I even said a word. He knew what I needed before I did. The day ran so smoothly because James is a master at his craft. From major things like helping to bustle my dress when we couldn’t remember how… to simpler things like remembering everyone’s first name in my bridal party and addressing them as such (or making sure my husband and I ate!) James is an all-star.

I had the best experience planning my wedding and a huge part of that was having absolute trust in our venue. Stewart Manor Country Club exceeded every expectation I had, their service is unmatched, the food was AMAZING, and the venue is picture perfect!

SMCC, John & James undeniably made my wedding day on 6/25/22 beyond perfect. Every little detail was taken care of beautifully by the staff. The grounds were absolutely incredible on a beautiful, sunny, HOT June day with the flowers and the newly renovated pathway from the entrance to the gazebo for our ceremony. Dani, one of the young staff members, was so patient and helpful in preparation to walk down the aisle, she really calmed all of the last minute nerves! Having the cocktail hour indoor/outdoor was wonderful for guests to navigate and find a place to comfortably enjoy the amazing food stations such as Asian, Taste of Italy & MORE! John Parks accommodated our 200 person wedding by ordering a huge tent for guests who wanted shade or incase of any weather inclement (luckily, there weren't any!) From the second I arrived at the SMCC, James was outstanding to not only myself, but the entire bridal party, both families, and our guests. What other bridal attendant SPRINTS around the venue to grant your request, bustles a wedding dress perfectly without watching a video, and knows everyones name and how they are related to you in such a short amount of time? ! Lastly, the reception was so beautiful in the main dining room, perfectly decorated to personalize the space for us, and we have NOT stopped receiving compliments about the FOOD! Highly recommend the filet minon and the chicken cordon bleu. How could I forget the churro, pretzel, and water station as guests left the venue? ! Amazing! I would get married at this venue all over again every weekend if I could. It was SO beyond all of my expectations. Thank you SO much SMCC & Staff. I highly recommend having a wedding, or ANY event here!

My son wedding was done here. This is a perfect place to do your wedding. Very big shoutout to James, this man did everything to perfection. The food was excellent from the beginning to the end.

I recently had a bridal shower for my daughter at the Club. I cannot begin to describe what a fantastic job all involved did to make it the perfect day for us! From all the planning with John, our incredible Maître D James, the ever helpful Lisa and all the incredible staff I would not change anything about the day. I need to elaborate a bit more on James. He is not only the most efficient, well experienced party host I have ever seen, but he is funny, nice and goes out of his way to recommend ways to make your event even more special. I am still getting compliments on how wonderful the food was, how friendly the staff was and how lovely the venue looked. If you are looking for a perfect place to have any type of party including a wedding, please do not hesitate to go there and be amazed!

I recently had my daughter's Bridal shower at this charming venue which was absolutely beautiful! The entire event was fabulous from start to finish! The food was outstanding. The staff was amazing. And then of course there was James our maitre d/manager- he's such a great person - he genuinely cares - very accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. This quaint venue hosts only one event at a time - making you feel special. I have not stop talking about what a great time we had. My daughter could not stop smiling. I would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone.
