Stickley Furniture Mattress, Albany NY

Beware, I bought a sectional one month ago, damaged in delivery
sold as is, Contacted Stickley for help with fabric damage good luck, called manfacture, the sofa was made 4 years ago, fabric
discontinued. They are not the old Stickleys, very unhappy with
the customer service.

My wife and I were looking for a table with chairs in the Stickley store today. We found a table and were offered final full price. However, when we went to pay, the price went up substantially so we had to cancel the deal. Bad customer service.

DO NOT BUY! They stopped service on their furniture. They measured incorrectly and the furniture will not fit through the door frame. They promised to disassemble the furniture if we ever moved and now they are saying they will not do it. VERY POOR SERVICE!

They have a lot of nice furniture. It is on the expensive side. I'm thinking about going back for a carpet though. Even though it was 4k

I was so looking forward to a nice piece of furniture I had saved up for. But now, Im terribly dissatisfied with customer service and the store associate. My table came with a chunk missing from the corner and was told by the store, I had seen it. That is an utter lie and fabrication. I called the store and told them I did not want a damaged table and they said they would do nothing as all sales are final.

Buyers beware of their sales - they can damage your item while you wait for delivery and claim you saw it in the store. To make matters worse, they then fabricated a story that I saw it.

Heartbroken! You have lost me as a customer forever, good job!

Friendly staff. Prices are a little too high for our tastes and budget.

Store service is excellent. Awaiting corrective action on 2 pieces previously purchased.
