7Don’t lallygag, run to Stonebrook Townhomes and Cottages! This is our 6th year living here. The townhomes are the perfect size - cleaning the whole place takes 40 minutes. Just think of all that extra free time you’ll have to do the fun things in life. Neighbors are great and maintenance if needed, is taken care of in a timely fashion. And, best of all Stonebrook is surrounded by nature!
Being 77yo.and a renter for the first time (for the past 6 1/2 yrs), I have enjoyed every day living at StoneBrook. This became one of the best choices in my life. The management, residents, homes, landscaping, and everything that StoneBrook has to offer has made my life very comfortable. Life should be so nice for everyone.
The apartment is lovely with lots of natural light. Love having a fireplace. The layout is perfect for entertaining. While I would prefer higher end finishings, the deck and basement are a reasonable trade off. The service is extraordinary. You never have to wait long for assistance or repair.
We love living at StoneBrook! The people and the townhomes are wonderful. We enjoy the pool in the summer with family and the friends we’ve met at StoneBrook.

Being a resident of 5 yrs, it’s been a great experience from the amenities to the interactive activities to the monthly news letters and the friendly residents. Moving into my StoneBrook Cottage was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The maintenance free living here has been such a stress reliever for me. Family and friends are all amazed at the size, location and view that I enjoy on a daily basis. The staff is friendly and responsive. I can honestly say "This is my happy place! "
