Stop & Shop, East Meadow NY

Worst stop and shop around. Things is always about to expire and fruits is almost spoiled and the managers are useless. Better off going to Levittown or bellmore.

Clean store. Not busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Plenty of unexpected manager's specials available which was a nice surprise. Friendly and helpful staff.

I can always find what I'm looking for. I was searching for a product that none of the other store I checked had. I was glad to find it in your store, however, the product was expired.

Stop and Shop is a comprehensive supermarket. Attractive, clean-looking and well-organized, it has just about any item one could want. Their floral area is lovely.

I was able to get all my favorites like Apple butter and English muffins. I navigated to the self checkout line and proceeded with a quick checkout

The store seems clean, the service was great, the lines were not too long and I found everything I needed, what's not to like

Only went to the deli section and bathroom. Bathroom was super clean and smelling good too. The deli specialist who served me was very nice and professional. I didn't see much of the rest of the store but I'm sure it was nice as well.

Best place to get really good meat with good prices. Every one is always very pleasant and courteous.

SDeli is annoying, but that is the theme at every supermarket. Other than that, this is a well stocked store and has become my favorite place to food shop.

Waited on line for over 30 minutes at the service counter just to redeem a bottle deposit. Only one checkout register open at 4 pm.

This stop and shop is huge and has everything you would need, nice veggie section which is a plus.their prices are right on point but the parking lot is a mess. If you need to go, shop early in the morning before the crowd starts coming

There is an African American male working here who is a heroine addict. Seen numerous times knodding out in the freezer section. Recently he was picking up heroine with an acquaintance of mine on his morning break. Went to pick up drugs and was dropped back off at stop and shop. I spoke to the manager who told me “ he’s using again “? He said he has been aware of this before and due to stop and shop being a union job there are procedures in witch they are going thru to have him fired. Don’t shop here or go to this stop and shop with your children! Disgusting.

I would give it five stars if the meat section improved. I have never found meat that I want to buy!

FIRST AN FOR MOST IT'S OPEN NICE AN EARLY. GREAT PRICES AN ALWAYS HAS WHAT I NEED. IT'S THE ONLY SUPERMARĶET I SHOP AT. I'm editing this still giving 5 stars it's just one employee smelled liked they crapped there pants. Probably just a bad day for them. But ether way the store at whole still deserves 5 stars.
Thinking back at it make me lmao. I do hope it was a one time deal. The store still rules an I only shop there. He's a fart smeller lol

The worst stop and shop ever. Beginning with the parking lot which is inundated with Walmart carts and not enough stop and shop carts which usually have the scanner holder. Deli kiosk broken and crowded deli, not one Purdue chicken? Not one Granny Smith apple? No chuck roast, they don't carry it? Whaaaaaat! The meat and poultry department is a hot mess, the service area seemingly deserted. There is no seafood department. The store is dirty. A crowded store in the middle of the day and two cashiers on with no express, just the long self check out line.

This Stop and Shop has one of the worst meat selections I've ever experienced. Not only do they rarely have chop meat for example, but when you open the meat it's gray inside, and spoils the next day if not used. Also there are like 12 check-out lines not including the self-checkout and there are only like 3 cashiers.

I did not like the new checkout counters I would rather beg my own products even the cashiers did not like it

Nice grocery store but after checking out my credit card was locked by the bank. It appears a lot of stealing is going on. Will not go again.

It's my besties fave. She likes the portable scan as you go thingies. Not just this one, but I wish all Stop & Shops supported local farmers and identified produce and meats as such. I'd be willing to pay extra for more sustainable fresh foods.

Higher priced. The Deli is normally the reason I go here. Had a recent problem; however customer service was extremely helpful and took good care of me.
