Everything worked out great! It was a very smooth and seamless transition despite the last minute circumstances.

This was, by far, an awful experience! The guy that was supposed to be helping me, who's name is Jeff, which I found out from another location, since he didn't want to give me his name, was lazy, egotistical, and definitely anything but helpful. I couldn't even get him off his phone to answer my questions, I am currently paid through the end of the month and will not be continuing beyond that, I may reconsider if this Jeff guy is no longer there

I Stored at Storage Post for over 6 years and have gradually watched it diminish. When I first moved in the facility was clean the staff was friendly, everything was wonderful. Over time it appeared that this company business model went from Customer Satisfaction to Greed. I watched the staff turnover rate (many employees quit) quadruple from seeing the same faces for 3 years everyday to having new people every 3 weeks. May god bless you if you select a room on the 3rd floor because the mice/rat infestation is just terrible I even encountered a mouse on a trap in the elevator once. Not to mention the break-ins I realized that a space I once enjoyed storing sold their souls for the bottom dollar customer satisfaction where? The staff on-site although changing ever so often were still nice but unable to get things done because of Superiors prioritizing the dollars over the customer. All in all I am glad that I found a new safe home to store my things at a cheaper rate

Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient, And friendly! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.

Lavona was spectacular! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie!

Horrendous Experience with an On Site Manager spoiled the entire experience. Period. Paid for a Unit in cash and recieved a contract lease, a receipt and a gate entry code. Only to not be given access for not having a lease, with a paid moving company waiting to remove my property from their truck.
I had to rent a uhaul and transfer my property to it and hold it in the uhaul for 2 days. Otherwise I would have had to pay the moving company for the labor and the time for another 24hours. Which was more expensive than the Uhaul. Being a disabled person, trying to move my property had to be meticulously planned out. So much for that.

Lavona has always been great with me. She is a pleasure to work with, very helpful and caring when I need something. Keep up the great work!

I came in yesterday to move into a second unit with storage post, lavona showed me around and she wowed me with her great personality! I called after I left took the unit right away and today I had some movers help me move in. We were done less than an hour! She continued to offer me a smile and great customer service as she walked around the building to take care of what she needed to do and she was so nice to my movers. She really is a great example of what customer service looks like and what most people like myself appreciate and value when we’re in business with a company. Great job lavona!

Lavona wowed me away! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding! I want to thank you for such great hospitality! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

I am very Thankful for Excellent Customer Service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit there. Thankful for her assistance in choosing the best Storage Unit for me. My mom passed and I had to move her apartment furniture Out At short notice. This being difficult do but after speaking to this beautiful young lady. Everything came together!

I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly! & that’s all thanks to lavona! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service!
