They are very unorganized and not helpful. They inconvenience us more often than not.
Would not recommend.

EDIT- They commented on this for me to call. I call and they direct me back to the store I’m having issues with who never answers or does anything to help.

BEWARE. Space is expensive, the gates work when they want to, customer service is non existent. We got fed up and cleared out our space in August (it's now December) and they continue to harass us saying we owe even though we have repeatedly told them we left. They are a mess and a waste of your money.

BEWARE! This place is a nitemare do yourself a favor rent elsewhere management does nothing the whole system is a chaotic mess and rip off

Agree with every negative review. This place is the worst! They randomly leave their gate wide open for anyone to get in, and when it’s closed you have issues getting in with your code! I vacated my storage unit & have talked to several people since, saying I would get an email confirmation from the manager, instead I received another invoice for next month! Unprofessional business practices, complete negligence & lack of accountability or communication here. Would rate this zero stars & would never do business again with these people, will let all my friends and family know to not do business here either, it’s a complete headache with this place & not worth it! Do not waste your money here! They will continue to try and take more even after you leave! Awful.

Don't waste your time. No call back, automated touch screen inside doesn't work. Read other reviews. There is another place on Lake 2 miles away and they actually have a staff present. What an idea.

No one will answer the phone the wait time on the call only counts up, first day I bought it I go to enter the code was wrong sat outside for 2 hours & when I finally got in the unit they assigned to me was taken would not recommend to anyone very displeased!

This place is horrible. Charge a lot for a place with poor security. Had my battery and propane tanks stolen off my camper. Called management and the guy on the phone sounded very disinterested. Also has access to start at 6AM. I got there after 7 and the gate won’t open. I will be vacating the premises and not returning!

Went to check on our camper and noticed someone had stolen our propane tanks and other stuff. Called customer service and they did absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend storing anything here. I’d give zero stars if I could.

This place is amazing I so messed up on renting a space because sometimes iam air head and the facility manager not only fix my mistake, but she accommodated me very awesome and courteous place to rent from.
