19This was our 1st dinner there and hands down was a fabulous Valentines Day dinner! Food was perfect drinks were very good and awesome waitress
The food is always delicious here, but the service is mediocre. I've visited this location about six times, and each time, they seated me in the back. They always seated me in the back there with young college students and other minority couples. I've been there when the front area had easily 6-8 free tables, however I was still crammed into the back. I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence that it occurred six times, or if they just seat young couples and people with my skin tone at the back. Since there are dozens of Italian restaurants around, I probably won't go back. This one won't keep me up at night.
Casually giving this place a 5 star review because Cassie is FABULOUS.exceptional service every time! Don’t know what you want to drink? She’ll find something for ya! 10/10
Excellent food and service despite restaurant at full capacity! Enough parking. Never hurried. Enjoyed entire experience!
The restaurant and grounds were very well kept and the layout and atmosphere are very nice. Service was very good. Decent selection of beer and wine. Beautiful outdoor sitting area with a huge fire pit to extend the season. Everything was spot on except the food. Caesar salad was pretty good although they charge $2 to add on 6 anchovy filled. They do give you plenty of Columbus Bakery bread witg oil. Salmon Gremolata tasted ok but was overcooked, probably because it was only 4-5 oz, rather than than the 7-8 I'm used to seeing. My wife was very happy with the Veal Marsala, which was very tender and flavorful. Her Creme Brulee was also very good while the seven layer cake was only so-so. I was still hungry after dinner, so I ate the whole thing anyway.
We had a GREAT time at Strada Mia for my birthday and it was all due to the fabulous waitress we had. The food was good but the service was exemplary and our waitress, whose name was Gina, will be the reason we go back. Servings were HUGE and tasty (almost too big) and the quiet back room was exactly what we asked for. However, having gotten food on my white jacket, Gina responded instantly with cold water and a clean napkin. Then, when I spilled a SECOND time, she responded with humor and made me feel like far less of a klutz than I deserved. Her attention to us was unobtrusive but instantaneous, especially since she wasn't actually in the room. Good job, Strada Mia, for having hired and trained such lovely staff!
First world. EXCELLENT! Excellent food, excellent staff, excellent service. Appetizers try the meatball and the wedge salad. I live in Albany and have had Italian food in Syracuse, Utica, Albany, New York and Boston and I have never had any of those appetizers as good as what I had at SM313. Finally a restaurant that makes great chicken riggies.
This was my first interaction with Strada Mia 313 and I must digress a bit because I ordered pick up. However, for $15 and coming from what some review as a good Italian restaurant, I was unpleasantly surprised. My chicken parmesan sandwich/sub was tossed on what can only be described as a stale hotdog bun. Don't think I will be returning, even to dine in. It calls into question the quality and thought they put into their food. Save yourself the trouble.
I ordered chicken riggies and the chicken was the texture of rubber and had no flavor. Was also expecting bread on the side as i did order a few pasta dishes. We requestd no peppers and onions in one dish, but the dish still had them.
Strada Mia was simply delightful!
Our waiter Ronnie was absolutely wonderful and super friendly.
Our meals were brought out piping hot & in a timely fashion, not to mention they were mouth watering delicious!
Everything was great from the complimentary bread, cocktails, meals and dessert.
Will definitely be dining again w/ Strada Mia.
Lunch was excellent we had pasta fagioli, chicken sandwich panini and Heather's Turkey burger with Salad. Desert was tiramisu. Staff was courteous and attentive to our needs and provided information regarding the meals. Definitely going back for another meal soon
Used to be great. Now its pretty good. Food was good not great. Service timing was off. Seemed to be an issue of staffing, not waitress skill. A lot of restaurants have similar issues post covid. Bottom line, a disappointment considering how good they were in the past.
Owner is a scumbag, low life that took it upon himself to run his car into a flock of geese multiple times in front of customers injuring one of the geese and leaving it die a slow painful death. NOT someone I'm to support. Think twice before you spend any money here or any of his other businesses (jammer sports bar & united auto)
Better then Francesca? Good chance. We loved it here! Beautiful outside space, service, food was amazing and Dave overlooking the whole place watching the bar, outside grounds and parking lot! Wow he's super cool. Friendly neighborhood! Just perfect and the 3 outside firepits? AWESOME! ️️️
Me and my wife had been referred by a friend and my wife previously enjoyed the food and had said the Staff were Excellent as well. We went today at about 4 pm and our Waitress Stephanie, we super attentive as well as very welcoming. The food was excellent, and we definitely have plans to return.
The owner is a real P. O. S.he ran over a flock of geese so they could watch one die in front of patrons at his sports bar.if you eat here this is what you support.shame on you and shame on him
Amazing food, also grateful for a bartender who was attentive to my needs as a sober person and made me an AMAZING drink! I was feeling left out as everyone got their wines and swooned over them. Definitely appreciate it and the service and ambiance were superb.
Went tonight to celebrate my birthday early and I have to admit it was wonderful! The food and drinks were great for the quantity of food, flavor, and price. The meatball and the bruschetta were so flavorful. The meatball is literally the size of a softball and the bruschetta is worth every dime for the size and amount you get. Our server Regina (Gina) went ABOVE and BEYOND! She was very friendly, accommodating, and has exquisite attention to detail! Definitely come here and make sure to ask for Gina, she’ll make sure all of your occasions are special! Great birthday dinner spot! Also, splurge and get the chocolate cake, it’s worth it!
My friend and I went after the zoo. The French onion soup and charcuterie were decent. The main course- yuck! Flavorless and overcooked steak. The broccoli was about raw and the roasted cauliflower was again flavorless. I was offered another steak but no thanks. I paid for the meal I didn’t eat but did have their marscapone lemon berry cake- that was yum! I’m sure bc they didn’t make it. I was so disappointed by the meal itself, especially bc of the prices and how fancy they try to make everything.
