Straight Set Orthodontics - Harlem, New York NY

I have been going to straight-set orthodontics for since June 2020. In the first year and a half I had terrible experiences with their previous financial assistance coordinator, Alexis, especially on my first consultation, but I was in needed of getting my teeth fixed from severe tooth pain. However, now that the staff and office has been updated for the past few months since my first consultation my visits feel much more comfortable. Either way the office is also very clean and I love Dawn, my x ray technician she's super sweet and provides the best service!

Brought mybson un today doe new retainer and the récords tech Dawn had them más in a matter of hours I lode this office and everyibe whos work un this location.

I came in today for a consultation and ended up with my first set of braces already in. Yeah. The wait wasn't long, and the people are nice.

Came in today for a consultation and Cyasia was so helpful she explained everything to me and my dad very clearly and Dawn who took my records was super funny and fast I look forward to starting treatment here in Harlem.

Came in today to go over my contract and to get my braces Amari the OM Sheily the Front desk was so helpful to me and the records tech Dawn was helpful as usual she’s the best when it comes to making sure I leave a review love this office and all the staff here the new Dr, Dr Dave was great so patient with me.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Dawn who is always very attentive!

My daughter just finished removing her braces. Very quick and easy. The orthodontist explained everything as the procedure occurred. Polite and funny conversation.

I came in for a refinement and was seen by Dawn. Dawn was sweet with a great personality and amazing at her profession. She very fast but also efficient. Every time I come to the Harlem location everyone is always very nice and the overall experience is a pleasant one.

Today was my first time coming here, the initial consultation was fast and easy. The Dr.was very professional, and took her time explaining everything.

This place is very neat & organized! Dr. Dawn did my retainers impression easily & took her time with me. She even made me a backup just in case i so happen to lose this first pair. She was nice and respectful & didn’t rush my appointment. I recommend this place!

Came in today to get my braces removed and I was so pleased with how fast everyone moved and how well Dr. Dave was with handling me And The record tech Dawn was able to make my retainers the same day she’s super fast I loved my experience at this office I will be recommending friends and family thanks straight set team especially Dr Dave and RT Dawn.
