Strebel's Laundromat, Westhampton Beach NY

The prices are high but are worth it, the place is has a lot security and very organized, and good customer service I very recommended, Thank you strebels!

I must say that Strebel’s is the cleanest laundry/dry cleaner that I’ve ever noticed. The ladies that work there are always kind and helpful when needed.

I been going there for a long time now and it has always been clean and neat, workers are nice, I really recommend going there.

Good customer service and the machines are clean and the establishment is always kept clean and tidy it is a bit expensive but good service

I drop off my clothes at STREBELS! To be washed and folded, and also dry cleaned.
I receive clean clothes, without wrinkles, the clothes smells very good and are well folded. Comfortable place and the girls who work there are very friendly. You can communicate in Spanish and English

I love Strebles! The people there are always so friendly and professional. The wash and fold service is impeccable, (making my life much easier). I choose the all natural detergent and my clothes always have a fresh lavender scent! I also love that you can find some natural, organic and seasonal products there, (including plants!), which saves me time from stopping at other stores!

First and last time here. This place is so over priced. The washing machine was 10 dollars for a small load. I had to use two. The dryers are horrible also. They take forever to dry so you have to keep adding coins to it. If you get the chance to go somewhere else do it. This place is a ripoff.

Something is going on with the women here that do the laundry. I had been dropping off my laundry to get it done, then I realized I was missing pairs of my lulu leggings. I never recovered them, I guess pairs of my $100 leggings got “lost” here. They also have left yellow stains on my white tops that don’t come out. I don’t even bother to go back to ask about my leggings or how my white shirts got ruined. Not trustworthy & ruined my clothes.

When I arrived to pick up a hem on a pair of pants, they changed the price to $36. I pointed out that they quoted $20 and THE SIGN BEHIND THEM read $20. They grumbled and let me pay the actual price. I gave them another shot and they swapped out a scarf with a cheaper one. I know this wasn't my mistake because when I got home, I had something that doesn't belong to me! I called them to let them know and they screamed in my ear, insulted my family and then hung up.

Good, clean place. Most of the people here speak spanish. If your not spanish speaking or bilingual it will be tough if you need help. Prices are also high but… its westhampton.
