They are gentle yet effective at loosening tight muscles and bringing your body into balance. I had a shoulder impingement that they were able to help stretch and increase the mobility of my shoulder.

This service is soooo awesome, kyle is very humble and listens to you as the client to help you get relief with your aches, tension and /or pains. I have been going to Stretch Flo for about three years. I had broken my leg in two places and had two surgeries at that time to put a permanent brace in
I started going there 2 to 3 times a week. The progress was quick and amazing. Now I go once a month for maintenance. I have almost full range of motion, can walk normally and do almost anything.
