STS Tire, Kingston NY

I was on my way to an important meeting and my tire light came on. The staff at STS checked the tire and plugged it in 20 minutes and didn’t even charge me. Such great service and I was so grateful they got it done so quickly!

I didn’t have an appointment, walked right in for a low tire pressure issue. Took max 20 minutes. I was so pleased and happy with the service. My car was fixed and I was all set to go.

This place is great Ronnie and Ryan amazing customer service honest and knowledgeable! Will be returning to sts Mavis in the future!

So thankful for STS. They got me in for new tires right away. Everywhere else there was a wait and couldn’t get me in. Kingston STS did a phenomenal job showed me what the problem was in my tire and fixed it. Thanks so much for all your help!

The staff were extremely accommodating. I went during the workday while working from home and had a meeting I needed to join while my car was being worked on. They made sure to get my oil change done quickly and efficiently and helped me connect to the WiFi. They identified an issue with my breaks but did not pressure me to fix it that day and I appreciated how they communicated.

Best experience I’ve ever had at any car shop. The manager Mike gave me hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received when it comes to getting my car worked on. I for sure will be coming back.

Manager Mike and mechanic Dylan did a great job fixing multiple issues with my car they did a speedy and efficient job and now my car runs like new great place with great people and great prices!

Driving up to Kingston from the city, I had frozen calipers that got progressively worse. Store manager Mike and tech Erik waited for me to arrive after hours and spent the next hour repairing my labored vehicle. They could have told me to return the next day, but instead worked into the evening for me. They were both incredibly friendly and kind. Kudos to these two mechanics! STS is smart to employ them.

Went to STS thinking I had a dead battery (which I did) but upon further diagnostic tests, Eddie, found out it was the alternator. I have been to many different auto repair shops and the real issue was not found until now! Mike, Eddie, Ronnie and the rest of the crew were very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. All repairs were done promptly without an appointment. Highly recommend

Horrible they sold us tires that wore out in 3000 miles & went back to tell them it was ridiculous & they did not want to hear it & they told us the alignment was not out & we took it somewhere else & it was in sure out they are just bad all around
