Marielle sent my shoes and I got them within -2 hours. Stuart Weitzman customer service is the best and so are their shoes. Definitely with the money and the positive customer experience.

It was my first time at this store and I was amazed at the excellent customer service. I was looking for a particular color pump which they did not have in the store. The sales associate - Sierra - advised that she would do some research and let me know if she found the color I wanted. I left my email and the next day she sent me a picture of the perfect pump in the color I wanted. She had it shipped and I received it in two days!
