Visited with friends that are tourist in NYC. Nice store with good inventory but not enough help. Would shop there again.

I purchased shoes and was very uncomfortable. I tried to return them the same day and was denied. As a first time shopper I was truly surprised at the way I was spoken to. I will never shop at this chain of stores ever again. They do not care about the satisfaction of the clients.
