Studio 11 Salon & Day Spa, Cicero NY

We have been seeing Heather for about 7 years and she is always amazing and unbelievably awesome with my special needs son! We love Studio 11 and Heather!

They are amazing as always. Friendly, accomodating, reasonably priced and Erica always does a fabulous job.

Studio 11 is amazing! Ann has been doing my hair for years now; she is magical! I also love going to Studio 11 for massages and facials!

I had paid to have my hair done the day before Studio 11 Salon SAVED me! I literally was ready to wear a scarf or shave my head until I called Studio 11. Marie got me in right away and ABSOLUTELY SAVED MY HAIR! She took my yellow blonde (entire head!) and gave me beautiful lowlights with just the right amount of blonde. She was so kind! She never once mentioned the hack job I walked in with. She simply gave me hope and told me "no problem! This is totally fixable". She was professional, efficient and a miracle worker. I cannot say enough good about this Salon. I will most definitely return for all of my hair needs. I look forward to utilizing the other services they offer too! Thank you for saving my hair!

I received a package of 6 facials as a gift, purchased at the salon. At the first appt.my services were performed by an aesthetician who smelled like she had scrubbed up in a dirty ashtray. It was completely nauseating. The next 2 appts were done by Rayna, who was truly wonderful. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. After using only 3 of the six purchased, and being told that the services did NOT expire, the owner changed her mind. In fairness to her, it had been quite awhile since I was in last. Still, their record keeping is a mess. It took days for her to locate any info only to call me and tell me that she did not intend to honor my remaining services. The fact that this salon seems to have an unending Groupon engagement, should have been a red flag, constantly trying to lure in new clients using discounted services instead of offering a customer experience that makes people want to return.
Response to Owner: 1. If you don't honor purchases past a certain date, you should clear that up with staff, as I was told that they do not expire. It was well over a year before I considered coming back for my second appt.strangely.no issues then 2. I would have the GC if I hadn't been told that I had to turn in it to redeem. 3.my bad experience was not from 5 years ago. It was from dealing with you this morning 4.your offer to come in for an appt was "if you are going to be mad, when do you want to come in? " really? !? Please do not try to defend your bad attitude and even worse customer service

I’ve never had a haircut here that I didn’t like. Each stylist does an awesome job! Reasonable rates too

I got an acne facial with peel and it was an amazing experience. I've had facials before where its left my face really irritated. But it's now the next day after I visited and my skin looks great! Going back for sure for monthly facials.

I cannot express my pleasure with this company. We booked their room for my wedding and I'm still getting compliments on my ENTIRE wedding party's hair and makeup.

I has 7 girls with every type possible and all the make up and hair looked amazing. Personally I even had terrible tan lines that were corrected with make up and no one was the wiser, it lasted all night.

Walked in for a quick trim they did a great job got me in and out with no problem very happy and I would recommend this place to anyone check it out.

Heather was great! I went to get color done, the first go wasn’t exactly right so she did some toner and made sure I was happy before I left! I was really impressed that she thought to go outside and look at the color under the sun to get a different look at it before we decided to do anything else. The prices are unbeatable, I was honestly surprised how affordable it was. I’m so glad I have somewhere to go and get my hair done again!
