He delivered everything that I wanted and he even face timed me to make sure everything was to my liking. I’ll be back to purchase my dining room set and coffee table. Jay is the best, he kept me inform when my product arrived to his location and called me the day of delivery. My couches arrived sooner than expected and never did i have to harass him. Any questions i had he answer prior to the transaction and after he didn't make me feel pressure, he’s a gentleman and very professional. I started following this business online and fell in love with their furniture pieces. My partner and I bought mirror and fireplace that was on a video on their website. When I received my mirror it was dusty when I unwrapped the plastic. Come to find out they gave me the display from the store without the remote that was included that change the colors. I had to go to the store the next day to complain and get my remote. I was told they will be in contact with me. The older brother gave me the run around and just stop returning my messages. After that if the mirror was plugged in it would turn on in the middle of the night by itself and start changing colors. Smh Fast forward almost two years and now the fireplace i purchased went on in the middle of the night and almost caused a fire on a 90 degree day. I don’t have kids so nobody plays with it. When contacting them regarding the issue to see if their was a safety protocol they unfortunately acted like they only know 3 words I need receipt. It baffles me how unprofessional they handle this but it shouldn’t surprise me. They take your money and then they act like they dont know you when their is issues. Cute but cheap furniture Beware…

I tried to do a monthly payment for three months and he ended up making it every week for three months instead of once every three months and when I tried to contact him he would not give me a call back. Worst place ever don’t get anything from here.

I made the trip down from Rockland County and the gates were down after communication on IG for weeks about a bedroom set I wanted to buy SUPER UNPROFESSSIONAL. You call the phone number on the storefront and you get an answering machine same thing with the 917# they have listed here. I was told that they open until 7: 30 prior to coming down and they were closed. I decided to purchase with a local furniture store in my area and blocked them from contacting me don't waste your time with these losers only giving one star so I could post the review

Stay away from this place, filthy liars and cons. Fake reviews. I live in Washington heights walked in to get a dresser was told one thing by the salesman “we have to order the furniture it will be here in the morning “. Nothing till the following day. Order is ready for pick up we go and it’s a box. This is what they meant by ready. Were charging an additional 70$ fee to assemble. Reimbursement? Not in their dialect
Avoid this place at all cost.

We bought a dining table and chairs in November 2018. Love our set and the owner and sales guy were great will be shopping there soon for a bedroom set

My sofa broke within a week & they were charging me $100 dollars to fix it! No guarantee what so ever wish I would of saved my money on some other good sofas really disappointed
