Purchased a vehicle from 'Doc'. Everyone is very friendly and the purchase was simple and straight forward. Test drove the vehicle on a Friday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday. Highly recommend using Carbone Subaru if you are shopping for a vehicle.

The sign in for service was very expedient, I was able to list what I thought was needed and this is what was done. I Appreciate the service on my Subaru and look forward to the new 2023 Sollera electric subaru suv, as I will have a gas honda to trade in, and make a decision on electric

Mike from the service department was very attentive and communicative while my 2019 Forester was in for routine maintenance and state inspection. When my parts were delayed he reached out and we coordinated to get a rental squared away. After I had my vehicle and was back home I had a question about my bill, he took the time to ensure I understood what I was seeing and if anything else was needed. Pleased with this visit.

We purchased a new 2021 cross track from Carbone auto group today it was a great experience. John was our salesman and he was awesome he made everything very easy and was perfectly clear on all aspects of our deal. Thank you Carbone for a great experience

We worked with Sohail at Carbone and we're extremely pleased with his gentle manner, professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge. The purchase of our 2018 Chevrolet Equinox went very smoothly.

He saw that the needed buffing of paint scratches and a headlight lamp were done expertly, and he replaced the worn tires as part of the agreed price. He also matched the price of an identical vehicle at another dealer.

My 1 hour experience at Carbone Subaru in summary. 1.) They sold the car I inquired about but failed to mention so when confirming my appointment the morning of.
2.) The first car they show me hasn’t been inspected and has a cracked windshield, yet has a price tag.
3.) the second car they couldn’t even find the keys for.
4.) the third car has a rebuilt title, the salesman failed to mention so and I played along to see if he would bring it up. He never did, and wouldn’t budge on price lol.

This place is a circus, steer clear.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a grinding noise in the rear wheel of my 2020 Outback XT (less than a year old) and a handful of electronic glitches. I brought it in and they replaced a failed wheel bearing and they bent the backing plate during the repair such that it rubbed on the rotor and made a grating noise. They also didn't have a tech that could look at the electronic glitches while it was there. They didn't have a replacement backing plate and said they could get it in 3 days and they'd call me when it came in so I could bring my car in to have it replaced and they'd look at the electronic glitches while it was there. They never called to let me know when the backing plate came in. When I called and checked on it, they said the first appointment they had available was 3 weeks out. I brought it back to them in 3 weeks to have the backing plate replaced and have the electronic glitches investigated. They replaced the backing plate and called me to let me know it was ready. When I went to pick it up, they had not investigated the electronic glitches and said they couldn't duplicate them. When I told them I could duplicate them immediately, they told me I'd have to bring my car back. My 2020 Outback XT has now been in the shop for 2 weeks and I have left 6 messages with the service advisor and he is not answering my calls or returning them.

Nora was once again a professional, thorough and keeping it simple and kind even. I have had some issues with this dealership in the service area and she is the reason that I came back. Mark was also helpful and straight forward.

The staff was especially helpful and answered any questions I had. Rudy was extremely nice and helpful and Miles made sure I understand the paperwork I was signing. This is my second car from them and I'll definitely get my next one from them.

Had a tire emergency and Lindsay got me in for a repair right away and even got me an oil change despite them being very busy. She was super friendly and professional. They were honest about the wait, which was to be expected given the number of customers and the fact they were squeezing me in. But the place is nice and clean. I do wish more people were wearing masks, especially customers in the crowded waiting room. I found a spot in the showroom to wait by myself though and got some work done.

Carbone Subaru Service did a great job at a fair price changing the oil on my car, rotating the tires, topping off fluids, and even washing my car, today! They got me in and out very quickly and my car runs great!

I also recently bought a Subaru Impreza from Carbone and the process was easy and painless from start to finish. Shout out to Jeff Meadows, our sales person, for making everything seamless and to the finance manager for helping us with pricing and a loan. The Impreza is an amazing peppy little car. We love it!

Of the past 4 or 5 dealers I have bought cars from, Sohail William was he most friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable sales person with whom I have ever conducted business. It was a very satisfying experience.

Even though my car is over 10 years old, the staff at Carbone take excellent care while servicing it and take the time to listen to my concerns. Mike Bingham has been so incredibly helpful and he is who I always turn to for management. He understands that I have financial limitations, and always goes above and beyond to take this and my car’s wellbeing into consideration.

When my vechicle needs to be serviced for a manufacture safety recall I should be able to use a loaner or the Dealer should offer a ride if needed. I did call the day before and was told to ask as soon as I arrived. I was there 7: 45 for an 8: 00 appointment.

Also I am calling to ask why there is a strong gas odor, I drove home with windows open and it sits outside with windows down.

Not pleased with the service, we have a car seat for grandchild and this was left on the floor?

This whole ordeal was a shame I purchased a used Forrester took 4 days just to get it prepped and then another week just to recieve the paperwork on it. Then I had an issue with a noise. Took a week to even look at it, after I even purchased an extended carbone warranty just so I wouldn't have any problems.
I will never recommend or patronize this dealership again and anyone I see or come in contact with will get my recommendation. It is shameful how this dealership treats only certain people with disrespect and deceat.

I arrived at 9: 30 a.m. For a 10: 00 a.m. Appointment for a state inspection, tire rotation and oil change. I waited 5 hours in the customer service area for my vehicle. 3 hours in to my wait, I asked about the progress of my car service and was told there was only 1 technician working on a Saturday. Why would Carbone Subaru make too many appointments for Saturday when there is only 1 technician. Why would Carbone Subaru allow a customer to wait 5 hours for a routine service? I should have been offered a courtesy ride home or a temporary vehicle to use, something besides ignoring a customer sitting for 5 hours in the customer service area.
