What an AMAZING job! Unfortunately we experienced an issue today where our son was accidentally locked out of our home and the closest help was almost 2 hours away. I called in a panic and the gentleman I spoke with was so kind and helpful! He had someone to my home within 15 minutes to save the day! I cannot say enough about their quick response and superb customer service! I highly recommend! Excellent job!

I needed 2 keys for my Yamaha Scooter. They carried the blank. They cut the key & they both fit perfect. Last year I needed a new fob & the key cut for the wife's car. Works fine.

Great place. Very honest. I brought in a sticky lock cylinder expected to need a new one. Guy said that these hardly ever have problems, oiled it up, gave it back to me. No charge. Nice people.

Requested possibly replacing lock on door that was locked. When their rep came he opened the door in one second. Charged me $75.00 plus tax.

The Suburban Lock & Key store has everything you need. I had purchase a piece of luggage that you can lock but TSA can still open. Wasn't sure how to set lock combination so took it to there store and both emotes showed me how to set the lock. It was simple for them but complicated for me-but once they showed me it was easy. They didn't want any money for showing me. Just a very nice group of workers thatvrakes pride in there work!
