ANOTHER FAKE/NEW LOCATION!
Anyone who’s looking to go here, don’t. All the recent 5 star reviews are fake and paid for - just read them.they’re all basically the same thing, you can instantly tell they’re fake. They literally change locations on google constantly to hide real reviews like mine. There’s tons of people who experienced what i did. They only have 2 locations, not the 6-8 they claim. They are on north forest in williamsville and transit in lancaster (i’ve never seen another patient in this one)

Idk what happened to the place. I went to a different orthodontist the first 2 years and he was great. Then he left and i got handed over to Dr jones. I honestly have no idea how he’s a licensed orthodontist and still has the doors open. He has a new staff every visit. Dr jones lies to your face. He rushed me to retainers when i needed a couple more trays and more time with elastics. All my trays and refinements were from Dr tibbits.i honestly don’t think Jones knows what he’s doing. No dentist agreed with him. They all said my teeth still could move. He says it’s my jaw? Then sends in a random lady, says my invisalign case was terminated (i had invisalign comprehensive which is 5 years and unlimited refinements) and says i need to pay 2k more. He wouldn’t even come back in to talk to me to tell me this. I walked out. And im finishing my teeth with a real dentist.

This place is sketchy and i have no clue how they’re in business still. Please do not go here. They’re only capable of doing teeth cleanings. Anything else, go to a real dentist or orthodontist for. Dr jones comes off as nice and kind as can be.while he’s literally lying to your face and has no idea what he’s talking about. Even his terminology is all off.

Do not go here. Unless you just maybe want a cleaning.

Dr. Jones and his staff is great. I will bring all my kids to his office.

As an adult with Invisalign, I am very happy with the Drs.here! Appointments were on time and thorough! Everyone was so nice!

My daughter got her braces here and she loves it! The orthodontists are so nice at this location and she trusts them even though shes scared of dentists.
