Subway, New York NY

Have you ever heard the phrase “size isn’t everything”? Well that’s exactly what comes to mind when I think about this Subways. The attentive staff shows their undeniable passion for the art of sandwich making, truly living up to their title of sandwich artisan.

It's a pretty small location. Really limited seating. I ordered a footling sandwich with rotisserie chicken. The portion of chicken was larger than I expected it would be. Something I disagree with is the way the employee heated the chicken. He stuffed it into a red mold and placed it in the oven, which I don't think is a very food safe way of heating something. In other restaurants the employee would ask me if I wanted the sandwich toasted and spread the protein along the sandwich so that the protein and bread heat up together.

Just like any other Subway, but smaller. Almost no seating. When I visited, the meat was fresh, and the bread was soft and good.

Didn't like the night shift guy. He didn't pay attention to my order. I asked for a 6 inch sandwich but he put a footer on the cutting board. I had to remind him the second time.

They refuse to serve you an hour before closing time. They should make changes to the hours listed.

Very small space. Even going in there after the lunch rush hour, they still get your order wrong. They don’t know how to prepare a salad properly and over charge you. They’re very clueless about their reward program. I’m going to have to stop going in there.

The meal was a little pricey but besides that the food was delicious! I would definitely go there again

Will no longer recommend this subway fro my employees or customers thanks to Chandra denying me ice and treating me with lack of respect.even after i explained how we are one church st community supporting each other, Chandra continued with lack of human respect and dignity for others, would not buy or eat from her again.very sad!

We all know, among most of the fast food chains, Subway makes healthier food than others. You can always have some healthy food here. From Sandwich to Chocolate Milk, you'll find every delicious food here. By the way, that branch was small and wasn't clean enough. But the guy at the register was friendly and fast. I recommend this place for takeout but not for seat in eating.

The WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO.service was awful, small place, no bread. I haven't seen anyone so annoyed to see me as the asian clerk in that place.

I have lived in NYC for 10 yrs now and this was the worst experience I've encountered so far. I came in to this Subway restraunt Sep. 24th at 935pm and was told repeatedly that their store was closed yet when I pointed out that the stated hours on the door for closing was for 10pm, the employee of Asian decent screamed at me for several minutes before finally agreeing to make me a sandwich. During the entire time he was preparing my sandwich, he continued to yell and swear at me for coming in a half hour before closing. I bit my tongue after getting my food and left the store around 945. I just hope people are aware that they will be treated this way, and hope the store management or owner realizes that they are losing business by certain employees stating that their store is closed 30 min before the stated hours on top of being yelled at their entire time being at the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S WORSE!
